Cruelty to animals, seeing security throwing rocks at the wildlife/pigs with collars ruined our stay
Pros:

Housekeeping didnt come and we are Elite Titanium Members. Tap in the bathroom leaked. Extra beds were uncomfortable. Not a great view. Good waiter in lounge. But lounge overheated.

Nie mehr Mariott !! Sehr
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer ohne Teppichboden im 1. Stock.

Cons:

Die vorhandene Terrasse am Zimmer war komplett mit Vogelkot verdreckt. Hier wurde schon wochen- bzw. monatelang nicht gereinigt.
Zudem war das Zimmer sehr schlecht beleuchtet mit uralten Möbeln.
Am allerschlechtesten war jedoch das Servicepersonal an der Rezeption am frühen Morgen. Total lahmarschig sodass sich eine lange Schlange gebildet hat und dementsprechend eine lange Wartezeit entstanden ist.
Auch war die Rezeption nicht in der Lage um 6 Uhr ein Taxi für fix 6:30 Uhr zu bestellen.
Nie mehr Mariott !!
Der einzige Lichtblick war Sonja an der Rezeption beim abendlichen Einchecken. Sehr nett, kompetent und flink !!

Pros:

Our room had two bathrooms which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

We booked our room and paid for it through Booking.com. However, upon checkout, the front desk charged us a again which we did not realize until later. Booking.com was able to quickly get us a refund.

Functional but disappointing.
Pros:

Easy location for the airport and the pool was lovely. The staff were all very pleasant though and working really hard.

Cons:

We booked a family room - there was a definite lingering smell of cigarettes. The decor was very tired. We ate at the hotel in the evening and some of the order didn’t arrive and the pizza we ordered was revolting.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was located close to the airport.

Cons:

For the proximity to the airport, I couldn’t believe they only offered a 6:30 and 11 am shuttle service to the airport—this was disappointing. Also, for the price paid, not having breakfast included felt quite ridiculous.

Pros:

The staff is exceptional; this is what brings us back. Food was wonderful, restaurant was spotless. Massimo and Antonio were constant professionals. Location is perfect for an overnight to catch a flight from FCO.

Cons:

The decor of this hotel is very dated and lacks appeal. The shower head was broken and hanging down.
