Cool, comfy bed but weird location.
Pros:

The staff was sweet and helpful. We did not eat the breakfast once while there.

Cons:

THe location was very weird, there are not clear instructions on how to get to the lobby floor, the security guard when you walk in was not very helpful. I had to figure it out alone.

Location. Near to bus stop, near to shopping stores (jd stores, target, TJ maxx Burlington, macys, nordstromrack etc. 10mins walk to cloud gate, Jollibee and Nandos. A lot of resto nearby

Pros:

Comfortable stay convenient to many attractions in Chicago in a charming historic building. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner/manager was on site and was clearly interested in making the guest experience a good one. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

This was our first time in Chicago and it was amazing! Thank you to all staff members!
Pros:

I liked that the hotel has cruelty-free products, the breakfast every day was delicious and the staff was always very kind and friendly, the room was always clean and warm. They have the option of a water dispenser.

Cons:

We arrived at midnight too tired, It was raining and too cold. I asked about if there was any additional cost to take the hot water she said yes, so we decided not to take it; and the next day another girl told us the hot water was complementary and we shouldn't pay any additional cost.

Pros:

Géographiquement, on ne peut mieux faire, tout est à portée, à pieds ou bien via les deux lignes de métro toutes proches.
Personnel au top, propreté au top.
Déjeuné de qualité, varié et frais !

Cons:

Si je dois émettre un petit aspect négatif, le prix mais l’endroit est vraiment au top
