Basic but convenient location
Pros:

The location is convenient if you use Munich as a base and do a lot of side trips because it’s only 10 minutes walking to the train/bus station.

Cons:

Our bathroom had leaking showerhead, though it was fixed after reporting to the staff. However, the water pressure wasn’t very good and temperature fluctuate. There is no bathroom amenity kit.

Even though the location is very close to the transportation hub, I would not recommend to walk alone in the nearby streets after dark.
