Overall perfectly acceptable for a few nights in Palermo
Pros:

Rooms were good size, clean and tidy. Safe parking. Breakfast was good. Staff very good

Cons:

Location is not the nicest of areas but a lot of Palermo is rundown. 25 minute walk into the heart of the historic town

Pros:

Ubicación cercana al Palazzo Reale y la Catedral (se puede llegar caminando) con parking propio que es poco frecuente de encontrar en un hotel en el Centro de Palermo

Cons:

La atención del personal es estándar. No son malcriados pero tampoco amables.

Hotel cómodo pero entorno desaconsejado
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda, grande y estaba limpia. El buffet desayuno muy bueno y buen trato del personal.

Cons:

La ubicación y especialmente el entorno donde se encuentra el hotel, es un barrio muy sucio, ruidoso, oscuro y posiblemente peligroso por la noche.
Está a 20 minutos andando de la capilla Palatina y a 30 minutos del centro.

colazione non molto varia ma buona, personale gentilissimo sia a colazione, sia nella reception

Cons:

il letto l'ho trovato molto scomodo e il bagno aveva uno scarico del wc molto vecchio e davvero rumoroso (tirando l'acqua il rumore restava anche per più di 30'). Purtroppo la posizione non ha esaudito le nostre aspettative ma li colpa nostra che non abbiamo visto bene la posizione, non ci siamo sentite sicure di andare in centro a piedi da sole da quel punto.
