Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil était très souriant et accueillant.La visibilité de la pancarte pour indiquer l'hôtel.Accessibilite aux bus.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner(pas trop de choix),le personnel du matin en salle pas souriant ni acceuillant.Les odeurs des égouts dans la chambre,la salle de bain un peu" vieillot "la vue de la chambre(bidonville).La chambre pas du tout insonorisée (on écoute le voisin faire ses besoins !).Le quartier n'était pas très joli et pas du tout insonorisé.

l'emplacement est idéal pour un séjour à Palerme et éviter la zone ZTL
Pros:

l'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du centre historique de Palerme. L'avantage est qu'il possède un garage où on peut se garer sans problème et laisser sa voiture pendant la durée du séjour. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. les repas pris à l'hôtel sont très bons et le petit déjeuner excellent. Rien à redire. Le séjour s'est très bien passé.

Lindo hotel
Pros:

El hotel es lindo, brinda muy buen desayuno, el personal tiene muy buen trato.

Cons:

El lugar donde está ubicado, si bien no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, la zona es un poco oscura para volver caminando del centro. De cualquier modo hay varias líneas de colectivos que se pueden tomar y te dejan a dos cuadras del hotel

Pros:

A deux pas du centre historique avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Personnels très sympathiques et arrangeants. J'ai pu laisser ma moto dans le garage au sous-sol pour la récupérer au soir pour le retour bateau.

Slušný hotel mimo centra mesta, desať minút na zastávku vlaku ktorý premáva z letiska. V blízkosti autobusová zastávka. Personál hotela veľmi príjemný a ochotný. Vynikajúce raňajky. Ďakujem za pekný pobyt

Great parking, loads of kids!!
Pros:

It was a basic 3 star hotel which gave what we expected. The big benefit was the large FREE underground car park which was a big unexpected surprise!! The breakfast was also good quality.

Cons:

They had a lot of coach parties of kids/school students while we were there.

La comodità della camera

Cons:

Credo abbia bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Soprattutto i bagni e le porte. Inoltre assurdo che le porte d’ingresso delle camere non possano chiudersi a chiave dall’esterno. Colazione varia ma di scarsa qualita, tutti i pezzi salati non erano freschi ma almeno del giorno precedente. Il sistema di parcheggio non prenotabile sicuramente funziona per loro perche ti danno l’illusione di potere riuscire ad accedere ma di fatto con buona probabilità dovrai lasciare l’auto in strada perche il parcheggio interno non e’ sufficientemente capiente rispetto al numero di camere.
