Cons:

Le site indique la présence d'un restaurant et les panneaux d'information à l'entrée même de l'hôtel le confirment. L'horaire , ce jour-là, était de 19 h à 22heures.....mais surprise : ce vendredi-là exceptionnellement nous dit-on, le restaurant était fermé. Heureusement ,nous avons pu aller manger chez l'Ibis tout proche. Ironie n'est-ce pas!

Petit dej bien. Très bon emplacement pour faire une halte vers le sud. Lit confortable

Cons:

L'hôtel propre mais est resté dans les premières années de Campanil. Clim bruyante mais fonctionne et heureusement au vue des chaleurs

Problème d affectation de chambre, la chambre que l on avait réservée était déjà occupée. L accueil nous en a donné une autre qui ne correspondaient pas tout à fait à notre demande: il n y avait plus que des chambres avec lits jumeaux. Manque d isolation phonique au niveau des fenêtres

Our arrival and tour of the property were handled by someone who was not the owner of the house. This person was extremely friendly and helpful, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about him.

Unfortunately, we were considerably less satisfied with the property itself.

Upon arrival, we discovered that several things we consider basic amenities were either not working or not functioning properly. Several lights in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were not working, were defective, or provided insufficient lighting. In our opinion, a property that is being rented out should simply be in proper working order when guests arrive, regardless of the price being charged.

The property itself is also quite outdated, particularly the bathrooms. This was partly visible in the photos on Booking.com, so we were aware of this beforehand. An older property is not necessarily a problem for us. However, there is a difference between something being outdated and something not functioning properly.

For example, several sinks were clogged and the bathtub barely drained. The battery in the bathroom scales was also dead. After we reported these problems a few days into our stay, someone came to address several of them, which we certainly appreciated. However, the bathtub still did not drain properly, and although the sink was somewhat improved, the drain plug no longer worked properly afterwards.

The downstairs shower also only worked partially. The large shower head did not function as it should because the cover plate that distributes the water through the different nozzles was damaged.

Another major issue was the large awning over the terrace. During our stay, temperatures were around 33°C every day, so having shade on the terrace was certainly not an unnecessary luxury. However, the awning could not be used.
