Toda vez tenho problema com nota com esse Ibis. Sai de Rio das Ostras para resolver um problema de inconsistência de uma nota fiscal no centro do Rio. Nao atendem telefone, uma bosta. Porque vocês nao copiam o sistema do Ibis Nova America que a nota e entregue no checkout? Aprendam a trabalhar e copiem quem esta tendo sucesso
É a mesma rede. Porque vocês são tao ruins ??? Péssimos!!

Os funcionários são educados, tratam o hóspedes com cortesia e simpatia.

Cons:

Houve uma demora considerável para o check in, fomos colocados em uns quarto com duas camas de solteiro, mas nossa opção foi pra quarto com cama de casal, pedi a troca e não foi realizada, o ar condicionado do quarto estava pingando, e o controle do mesmo funciona muito mal, tive dificuldade pra desliga lo

A localização e o café da manhã são excelentes.

Cons:

É um prédio parecer ser antigo, e precisa de algumas manutenções. O quarto que estávamos tinha bastante umidade nas paredes e a cama fazia barulho. Nos corredores também é possível visualizar que precisa de manutenção.
