The venue location was great and staff was good.
Secure car park was also good.
The air con on the main room was not working properly. Even setting it to 26 was still showing room temp as 19deg.
Considering we did book ealry and with alot more new properties with newer facilites. This does seem a but oudated now ( i've been coming here for the past 12 years, pretty much the same). Maybe some refreshers would be good.
We booked 2 apartment rooms which are 2bed and 2bath. The location is really nice in the middle of the city, taking around 10 mins to tram stop and the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around that area. The views from the rooms are really nice, spacious, clean and the facilities included are also great. Staffs are really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Some of the light bulbs were not working.
Great location and view, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and good quality bathroom products. It was in a very convenient location for shops and restaurants

It was a bit dated i thought and they were doing work on the inside pool and being winter was too cold to swim in the outside pool

Excellent location. Perfect view from balcony. Rooms were sparkling clean. All amenities available.
Two attached bathrooms would have been better
The property was fairly clean and tidy.
Located in a lovely area with great views.
I didn’t like the fact that we stayed for 7 days weren’t provided with clean linen or towels. Grateful to have a washing machine and dryer to wash and dry our towels and sheets.
A few things in the bathroom needed maintenance.
Shower blockage when having a shower.
Toilet flusher keeps popping out when flushing.
Microwave didn’t heat up food properly but made our food smell burnt.
The staff at Mantra Hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to commend the security staff member, who went above and beyond to assist me in locating my car park. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding customer service.
The location was excellent and very close to everything we needed. It was incredibly convenient to simply go downstairs to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it easy to meet all of my family’s needs. The central location made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
location is excellent in the main cbd area- down to the ground floor is the shopping center .
All basic necessities is equipped in the apartment.
Quite secure to enter and leave the apartment.
the room is a bit outdated- the curtain fell when I pulled to the side. The technician promptly fixed it after a call. The soap container in bathroom was found on the tile.
Balcony slide door is not sound proof- can hear clearly the ambulance and noise outside in the night.
kitchenware is well equipped but with no amenities eg. oil/salt/ pepper.
Location is so central to everything
It is a lil out dated now. But still tidy
We were very disapointed with the room. Cracked handbasins, wobbly toilet seat, chip on Kitchen Bench.
Did not look that clean but that was probably due to the outdated/age of the unit. Definately needs a tidyup.
On looking we could have got a better room and cheaper from the Hilton, which had a ocean view also.
