Pros:

L'emplacement.

Cons:

L’appartement était malheureusement loin d’être propre à notre arrivée : des cheveux dans le lit, de la poussière au sol, impossible de marcher pieds nus. Le gel douche fourni était vide dès le premier jour. Durant notre séjour de 4 nuits, les serviettes n’ont jamais été changées. Le rapport qualité‑prix n’y est pas du tout. Les matelas sont très mous, et à deux il est difficile de dormir correctement sans être réveillé par les mouvements de l’autre.

Staff were great it was nice a quite .unfortunately to rough to visit beach to swim

The toilet lid was broken.
We were an older couple and found getting into the shower very difficult with no safety rail, very trying to climb over the bath !

I like to swim for health and to do my exercises in pool but having to go outside in rain and wind didn’t feel safe when walking on slippery surface.

Reasonable location. Pools were ok

Cons:

There was mould on the kitchen blinds
Toilet seat was broken
Dishes were dirty when we got there and the fry pan was discusting and unusable
Beds wernt comfortable and the showers were one of the worst showers I have ever been in

Cons:

Property was a bit dated and in some cases requiring maintenance. All were minor but frustrating when you are paying that price. Examples include;
• a few lights didn't work
• the balcony door didn't close properly so there was a constant whistle from the winds.
• the lever to switch the shower from shower to bath mode was broken

Would stay here every time
Pros:

Very central location with amazing facilities at ground floor. Above a Cole’s supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Even on the 38th floor there is a fair amount of street noise as lots of sirens from police and ambulance which is normal for the Gold Coast.

Pros:

The venue location was great and staff was good.
Secure car park was also good.

Cons:

The air con on the main room was not working properly. Even setting it to 26 was still showing room temp as 19deg.
Considering we did book ealry and with alot more new properties with newer facilites. This does seem a but oudated now ( i've been coming here for the past 12 years, pretty much the same). Maybe some refreshers would be good.

Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Great location and view, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and good quality bathroom products. It was in a very convenient location for shops and restaurants

Cons:

a little confusing in picking up keys with late arrival, communication could have been more prompt

Very good price for value
Pros:

We booked 2 apartment rooms which are 2bed and 2bath. The location is really nice in the middle of the city, taking around 10 mins to tram stop and the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around that area. The views from the rooms are really nice, spacious, clean and the facilities included are also great. Staffs are really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the light bulbs were not working.
