Near the train Station
They did not changed the bed sheet after the first night , also the front desk employers are not always competent

This review is regarding the front desk experience which is very poor and dishonest. I booked a twin superior room for May 23. I’m a gold elite Marriott member. The lady who checked me in announced she had upgraded me to the same room I had booked. So I corrected her by saying I’m not being upgraded. But she insisted she had upgraded me. It was very strange but now I see where she was going.
As I had a flight early next morning I was checking out around 6:30 am and the same lady said “you’re all set”. I had paid 41000 points for this room and my reservation showed that I would only be charged CHF 3.50.
I asked for a paper receipt and she said she would send it on email. By the time I got to Zurich airport to fly back to the US I see the charges which should have been 3.50 CHF but the bill showed 42 CHF. This kind of behavior gives a very bad taste and reputation to the hotel which is otherwise convenient and nice. I urge the hotel to look into this type of dishonest billing as it hurts the Marriott reputation.
***Please note we had two other rooms for our family and all of us had used Marriott points but were charged with 42 CHF of false charges! There’s a good reason why they won’t give you a paper bill.

The property was clean and in a good location
The staff refuse to provide me the invoice for room rate, it took two months and still I did not receive the invoice.
The quality was not worth the price it was too expensive.
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war hervorragend und die Umgebung sehr schön, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Das Hotel war sauber, angenehm und insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vor allem die Mitarbeiterin Fr.Lili an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und immer gut gelaunt. Sie war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und hat mit ihrer positiven Energie unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.
Es gab eigentlich nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat. Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und wir waren rundum zufrieden.
Close to public transportation, hospitality of the hotel staff, rich and various breakfast, cleanliness of the room.
