Excellent stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and special thanks to Lily at the front desk for making our visit
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was convenient with good transport connections to the city center and airport. A special thank you to Lily at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. The stay was pleasant overall. If anything, a wider variety of breakfast options would make the experience even better.

if not for the guy that checked us in was great,
Pros:

The staff at Breakfast was outstanding, very very sweet and so amazing

Cons:

the one man at that checked us in was RUDE,
very sad that he was our first impression of the hotel,

would be better to change him to other area not the front desk,
where people have been flying for many hours and are tired get him.

Very disappointing stay with poor service and facilities

Cons:

We stayed in Room 424, which was clean, but unfortunately nothing else met expectations.

The breakfast was very poor, with limited options and items like bread often unavailable. At 30 CHF (15 CHF for kids) per day, it felt extremely overpriced for the quality.

The air conditioning was not working during warm days, and it took multiple requests and long waits to get a proper fan. Parking was also expensive at 35 CHF per day, and we were incorrectly charged for an extra day, which had to be corrected.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and affected our special occasion. The service, facilities, and overall experience did not meet expectations. Will not recommend staying here.
