Based on Communication “A” 7630 of the Banco Central de la República Argentina, all reservations for passengers NOT residing in Argentina will be charged in USD (credit card transaction will be made in Argentine pesos) For Argentine residents, the value in pesos will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina at the time of payment.
-The Spa, Pool, and Gym remain closed on Tuesdays until 12:00 for maintenance work. Minors (up to and including 16 years of age) must always be accompanied by an adult. Access for minors (up to and including 11 years old) in the Spa is from 11:00hs to 13:00hs and from 18:00hs a 20:00hs. In winter season (From July 1st until October 4th inclusive) es from 10:00hs till 18:00hs. The use of Jacuzzis, sauna and Gym it is not permitted for minors (up to and including 11 years old). It is mandatory that children who do not have sphincter control use water diapers in the pool and it is mandatory for all Spa users to shower in the locker room before using the pool or jacuzzis.
Kids playground and babysitting service is available from July the 1st to October 4th inclusive.

Divinooo!! todo excelente!!
Eu amei tudo na estrutura do hotel, desde os espaços para ficar lá fora, as casinhas de vidro, a recepção, o lobby, o bar, restaurante, spa. Tudo perfeito. Mas nada supera o atendimento e a recepção da equipe. Em especial o Lorenzo que não deixou faltar nada e atendeu meus pedidos mais simples ao mais difícil.
Tudo incrível! A equipe do hotel foi maravilhosa. Todos. Café da manhã muito bom! As experiências incríveis. O que eu mais gostei foi a experiência de caiaque, o instrutor vai junto, super seguro, apesar do frio, com todos os equipamentos fornecidos pela empresa, ficou super confortável! Meu filho adorou e eu também! Imperdível!

Muito confortável, muito aconchegante, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã excelente, spa faz a diferença na experiencia da viagem. Fazer trilhas que requerem esforço fisico e mental e voltar pro hotel era incrível. Um lugar de calma e paisagem a todo momento.
Alem disso era pratico, o transfer para a cidade funciona muito bem, de hora em hora, os passeios normalmente te pegam no hotel. Experiencia impecável.
Um brinco meu que deixei na mesinha de cabeceira sumiu. Nunca tive uma situação assim antes em nenhum lugar. Comuniquei o hotel, sem grandes devolutivas, apenas vamos procurar no quarto. Muito desagradavel mas sigo recomendando o hotel.
