Important information:

- Reservations of 5 rooms or more are considered groups and may apply different conditions.

-Stays on December 24th and December 31st have a mandatory dinner with an extra price. The hotel will contact you with all details.

-Reservations are confirmed in dollar currency, any quote in another currency is for reference only. Based on Communication “A” 7630 of the Banco Central de la República Argentina, all reservations for passengers NOT residing in Argentina will be charged in USD (credit card transaction will be made in Argentine pesos) For Argentine residents, the value in pesos will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina at the time of payment.

-The Spa, Pool, and Gym remain closed on Tuesdays until 12:00 for maintenance work. Minors (up to and including 16 years of age) must always be accompanied by an adult. Access for minors (up to and including 11 years old) in the Spa is from 11:00hs to 13:00hs and from 18:00hs a 20:00hs. In winter season (From July 1st until October 4th inclusive) es from 10:00hs till 18:00hs. The use of Jacuzzis, sauna and Gym it is not permitted for minors (up to and including 11 years old). It is mandatory that children who do not have sphincter control use water diapers in the pool and it is mandatory for all Spa users to shower in the locker room before using the pool or jacuzzis.

Kids playground and babysitting service is available from July the 1st to October 4th inclusive.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

El Hotel y la ubicación frente al lago (la ubicación está un poco lejos)

Cons:

MUY caro los servicios extras como transporte a cerro castor y lavandería.
Y no quisieron llevarme con cosas personales en el transporte incluido al centro

Hotel charmoso e confortável
Pros:

O Hotel, além de muito confortavel, conta com uma equipe gentil e atenciosa. A equipe de animação infantil é ótima, e as instalações do spa excelentes.

Cons:

Inicialmente, a temperatura da piscna não era a ideal para o inverno. E o horário de acesso à piscina para crianças não é legal, pois encerra ás 18.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, excelente para crianças.
Pros:

O espaço kids funciona das 17:00 as 22:00, o que ajuda muito após o dia na estação de esqui ou nos demais passeios.

Cons:

O uso da piscina pelas crianças encerra as 18:00, poderia ser até um pouco mais tarde, pelo menos 20:00h.

It was an excellent stay, we enjoyed thoroughly what the hotel offered.
Pros:

The view was fantastic, directly on Beagle Channel and surrounded by the Andes. Excellent choices for breakfast, excellent choices on dinner menu and the spa was very good

Incrível resort em Ushuaia, na minha opinião, melhor atendimento da equipe não há. Fantástico!
Pros:

Eu amei tudo na estrutura do hotel, desde os espaços para ficar lá fora, as casinhas de vidro, a recepção, o lobby, o bar, restaurante, spa. Tudo perfeito. Mas nada supera o atendimento e a recepção da equipe. Em especial o Lorenzo que não deixou faltar nada e atendeu meus pedidos mais simples ao mais difícil.

Tudo incrível! A equipe do hotel foi maravilhosa. Todos. Café da manhã muito bom! As experiências incríveis. O que eu mais gostei foi a experiência de caiaque, o instrutor vai junto, super seguro, apesar do frio, com todos os equipamentos fornecidos pela empresa, ficou super confortável! Meu filho adorou e eu também! Imperdível!
