Warmwasser geht gar nicht, fast schon gefährlich
Pros:

Zimmer für den standard ok, etwas veraltet. Am Buffet sehr netter Service

Cons:

Am Empfang das pure Chaos und total Desinteresse. Was gar nicht geht sind die extrem schwankenden Wassertemparaturen in der Dusche, bei unveränderter Einstellung wechselt das Wasser von normal plötzlich auf kalt und dann auf extrem(!!) heiss. So heiss dass mann sich schon fast verbrüht. Im Hotel ist man sich dessen bewusst, aber auch Nachfrage bekommt man nur ein Schulterzucken, nach dem Motto „was sollen wir machen“!? Als ob das ein Naturgesetz ist und kein Defekt am Warmwasser.

Personalet og renslighet var det beste men alt annet har ikke innfridd mine forventninger.
Pros:

Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Cons:

Mini kjøleskapet på rommet var tom, de burde sette inn vann iallfall.
Toalettpapir var så grov. En sånn hotell burde ha finere toalettpapir.

Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr schön, das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings hat das Frü

Sehr schönes Zimmer, großes TV Gerät, Sauberkeit top, feine Matratzen.

Cons:

Badewannen sind für Personen, die schwer einsteigen können nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Duschen wären besser, denn wer badet denn schon gerne in fremden Badewannen. Und 30 € pro Tag für einen 4 kg Hund (der Hund meiner Freundin) sind meiner Meinung nach ein stolzer Preis 😏. Keine Leckerlis, kein Wassernapf… mit einem Wort nichts was den Preis rechtfertigt…

Gutes Haus in Altstadtnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel ist fußläufig zur Altstadt.
Es ist alles sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal überaus aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum/Buffet ist für die Anzahl der Besucher zu klein. Speziell wenn Reisegruppen da dind kommt es immer wieder zu Drängeleien.
