las almohadas muy blandas, pero eso va a gustos. habitacion bastante bien

la ubicación, bien para aparcar y relativamente cerca del centro

Cons:

delante de la recepción justo detras de la cafetera, hay un montón de telarañas con arañas incluídas, y eso no es muy agradable de ver.

Prima locatie, maar alleen om te slapen, meer niet.

Handige locatie, metro dichtbij naar de stad en dichtbij Zag Arena/ Messe.
Nette kamer en badkamer.

Cons:

Check-in, wat een niet-vriendelijke dame in de middag, kon geen glimlach af. Early check (12:15) in was niet mogelijk, wilde niet eens kijken in systeem of kamer evt al klaar was. Nee, u bent te vroed, dus nee! Dus terug voor check in om 18:00. Meneer was efficient (oh nee, ik was efficient had alles online al gedaan) Daar kon niet eens een zinnetje af als u kamer is op de tweede etage en daar is de lift!
Prima kamers, badkamer, maar de interactie met de staff is echt benedenmaats. Alsof wij (de gast) een last is. Parkeren is niet op een eigen terrain, zeker niet afgesloten, maar wel betalen. Waterkoker op de kamer, maar geen kopjes of bekers!?

Es gibt bessere Unterkünfte in Messenähe bei gleichem Preisniveau

Wenn zuvor ein Preis im Portal ausgeschrieben ist dann erwarte ich auch das Zimmer zum ausgewiesenen Preis und nicht mehr (auch wenn es in diesem Fall "nur" 10 Cent beim Bezahlvorgang waren). Daneben finde ich es frech wenn ich im Hotel stehe, bereits bezahlt habe und dann erst die städtische Bettensteuer abgezogen wird. Das sieht nach einer versteckten Preiserhöhung aus.
Der ganze Eingangsbereich "Baustelle", das Personal nur wenig an den Gästen interessiert, keine Einwegzahnbürste und die Zimmer im Look der 90er. Der Smiley "enttäuschend" trifft es alles in allem ganz gut.
By the way: "Besondere Rabatte für Mobilgerätenutzer" werden bei Booking ausgelobt von 89€ auf 80€ und gleich daneben wird das gleiche Zimmer für 80€ ohne Rabatt angeboten - pfiffige Werbung, das schafft Vertrauen beim Gast!
