Finger weg! Das Hotel ist ein einziger Alptraum!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zur Messe Hannover, da wir eine Veranstaltung auf dem Messegelände hatten.

Cons:

Keine Bar, kein Restaurant, angeblich wegen Personalmangel.
Zimmer alt und abgerockt, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Fenster nur zu kippen.
Das Hotel ist telefonisch NICHT erreichbar, man wollte mir die Rechnung per Mail zusenden. Funktionierte nicht, es besteht KEINE Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme, stattdessen bekommt man WhattsApp, dass man online auschecken und bezahlen soll, was bereits über Booking erledigt war. Ein Antwort-Roboter schickt wenig hilfreiche WA, man soll die Luca App installieren, für Informationen. Die Luca App kennt das Hotel nicht.

Unglaublich : TV ohne ARD und ZDF. Auf Nachfragen kam die Antwort, dass das seit 2025 bekannt ist aber das MGT das nicht ändern (investieren) möchte

Für den günstigen Preis ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit großen und modernen Zimmern
Pros:

Eigentlich hätte ich eine 10 gegeben, da alles zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis top war.

Cons:

Der Punktabzug ist für die 8 Euro für den Parkplatz. Wenn es bereits bei der Buchung angegeben gewesen wär; kein Problem. Für einen großen Parkplatz am Hotel zahle ich gerne. Aber erst an der Rezeption 8 Euro zu verlangen finde ich nicht okay.

Wenn man das Hotel betrat, hat es unangenehm gerochen, in den Zimmern dann Gott sei Dank nicht

Staff. I asked for a twin. Given a double. Despite showing the reception that rooms were available on Booking.co. their own site and others. he told me they had none. Virtually empty hotel. What he meant was he could not be bothered.
The room was on the face of it clean. The kettle had so must dust on it, I could write my name . Terrible

Zimmerdecke geöffnet,Automat ausser Funktion und keine Möglichkeit der Rezeption in zu öffnen,Frühstückbüffet die warmen Sachen waren am zweiten Tag kalt nicht eimal lauwarm,auf Hinweis an das Personal wusste ich nicht einmal ob es verstanden wurde.
