Le bruit extérieur lors de la deuxième nuitée mais là il s'agit de la mauvaise éducation de certains clients ....

Personnel débordé.
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, de la literie , salle de bain , douche , le petit nécessaire pour prendre un thé ou café.

Cons:

Le personnel peu disponible .... à l'arrivée une seule personne qui doit gérer la restauration et les arrivées , l'attente est donc très longue ...
Au départ à 9h30 , personne à l'accueil, j'ai attendu 10 minutes sans succès et je n'ai donc pas pu récupérer la facture que la veille on m'avait dit de demander le lendemain car pas le temps au moment de l'arrivée.
Mauvaise évacuation des toilette chambre 112 ... obligé de tirer 5 fois la chasse pour évacuer 3 feuilles de papier ...
