IT was a warm very helpful greeting
Pros:

The room and facilities were clean and tidy and an exceptional view

Cons:

the weather was extremely hot outside and because my room was on the 4th floor in the roof of the hotel had become very warm. If the hotel had provided a fan in the room to cool it or have some air movement this would have helped.

Pros:

posizione centralissima, a 5 minuti di camminata dai vari parcheggi a pagamento. Offrono molti servizi e attività, sopratutto per gli sportivi. la struttura sembra essere stata ristrutturata da poco, quindi è tutto nuovo ma si respira un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. la colazione viene servita direttamente dallo staff al tavolo con una selezione di prodotti che viene scelta dall'hotel e uguale per tutti gli ospiti (a noi ad esempio hanno servito l'uovo alla coque, yogurt, brioches e pane, salame, prosciutto e formaggi, marmellate e burro) mentre il bere si può scegliere autonomamente.

Cons:

il bagno è molto piccolo ma essenziale. anche l'armadio è piccolo. ma per una camera d'albergo va bene. l'albero sembra gestito da ragazzi inglesi e parlano solo inglese, pochissimo francese.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre de la vieille ville et à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui est particulièrement pratique pour découvrir la ville à pied.

Cons:

Cependant, le parking dispose de peu de places, la chambre était assez rustique et l’absence de climatisation peut être gênante en période chaude. La communication en français avec certains membres du personnel était parfois difficile.

Enfin, j’ai regretté qu’aucun remboursement ni geste commercial ne soit proposé concernant une nuitée que je n’ai finalement pas pu utiliser, malgré ma demande. Un geste aurait été apprécié et aurait amélioré mon appréciation globale de l’établissement.

Fun hotel, great breakfast, many smiles!
Pros:

GREAT location - truly across the street from the train station, and on the edge of the town - a 5min walk to the Center!
Nicely updated hotel, with character - my room was just below the roof, so my ceiling came with slants and beams! I loved it! Good size room for 2, nice bed, small but charming bathroom with great towels. View of the Aiguille du Midi through my small window.
Great breakfast - diverse and plentiful! Good coffee too!
Wonderful staff - all foreigners as Langley Hotels is a Swedish chain; very welcoming and friendly, very supportive as to what to do in Chamonix and how. Very patient at giving guidance or directions.

Cons:

Lighting in the room is a bit dim, but not a real issue if one uses the room mostly for sleep and shower!

Overall good experience, cosy rooms, good location nice breakfast
Pros:

Very close to the city centre and train station.

Cons:

Not much but their first floor elevator was kept dysfunctional and we had to carry the luggage.
