Very disappointing
Pros:

The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff. The person who cleaned our room was very helpful, friendly, and did an excellent job every day.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no buffet and only three options to choose from: eggs, pancakes, or chilaquiles. The lunch and dinner menu also never changed, so there was very little variety during our stay. To make matters worse, the hotel bar was always closed, which was unexpected and limited the available amenities. Overall, the food and beverage service could be significantly improved.

Great hotel but with no hot water we will find another hotel

Price is nice, but maybe short of your expectations.
Pros:

Good location, clean hotel. Gated parking to keep your car.

Cons:

Furniture is old and looks old and dirty. Also, they use a too powerful HVAC unit, which is too loud and too cold. I tried to adjust it but it was pointless. It is not a good sleep
