I was promised complimentary two-way airport transfers at the time of booking. However, when I requested the airport drop-off during checkout, I was informed that no cab was available. This should have been communicated in advance rather than at the last minute. Before my arrival, I had shared my flight details for the airport pickup but did not receive a single acknowledgment or reply. I had to call the hotel from the airport myself to get the driver’s and cab details. The communication and coordination were very poor. Additionally, the reception lacked professionalism and hospitality. During my stay, I witnessed other guests complaining loudly at the front desk, which further reflected poorly on the hotel’s service standards. Overall, the hospitality fell well below what I expected from a Marriott property.
