Though I liked a lot of things, I felt the need for capital investment in facilities and infrastructure needs.
And while I say so, I understand that feeding an elephant like Marriott is a big Op-ex in itself.
I recently stayed at Hyderabad Marriott and had access to the Club Lounge. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by IBA.
IBA was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She always greeted guests with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcomed and comfortable. Her dedication to customer service truly enhanced my experience at the Club Lounge.

The attention to detail was excellent in everything. Absolutely loved my stay, it was relaxing and refreshing.
The swimming pool could be better although they were building a new one and my bathroom drains got clogged twice.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Chef Rakesh and the entire team at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre for their outstanding hospitality and care.
I have known Chef Rakesh for the last 6–7 months, and I must say he is a truly dedicated, experienced, and humble professional in his field. His communication with guests is exceptional, and he always makes every guest feel special and comfortable.
About 6 months ago, I mentioned to him that I wanted to have a healthy sweet without sugar. To my surprise, he personally arranged one of the most delicious jaggery dry fruit laddus for me. It was thoughtful and unforgettable.
Today morning, after almost 6 months, I met him again — and what amazed me the most was that he remembered me so well. Not only that, he once again brought the same jaggery laddu for me and surprised me with his kindness and attention to detail. Such gestures truly reflect genuine hospitality and care for guests.
I would also like to personally thank Miss IBA from the Executive Lounge for her excellent service, kindness, and the way she takes such good care of guests.

Excellent rooms even better food.
The hospitality is good. Breakfast has good variety. The staff ( esp Vimlesh ) is very helpful
Location is not the best
Overall staff behaviour, facilities, food and room ambience.
Options in foods and the overview of the Hussain Sagar Lake.
Nothing in specific, but the washroom should have hair dryers.

Parking space arrangment
It was quite inconvenient and no proper service provided. I was looking at the pick up service for which i booked this hotel but that was not provided and at the last min i was intimated that so it was utter inconvenience. Plus over the phone the hotel is not at all reachable....the entire evening i had to spend to connect with the.
No communication amongst staff members ....every time to a new face we had to explain....they do not have any compensatory behaviour for for their mistakes...only a 5 letter word SORRY does not work. What you are doing to help your customer for the inconvenience you made for him/her that matters. But none of the staff member are aware of that or they didn't even bother. Everyone has their own stories which is totally incoherent. Very bad experience for the brand all together.
