Average, not worth the money I paid.
Pros:

Property fails to qualify as 5 star property. It needs better quality of everything and regular maintenance. Your restaurant is very small and lacks to compete to provide continental food, swimming floor is not clean. Rooms are very small and old interior. Completely not a worth 5 star experience. Receptions is not very friendly.

Nothing. Breakfast was Worrest and check in time was Worrest. I reached hotel by 13:30 hrs but they provide the room by 5 PM

The location of the hotel was good to reach all of the areas and that is the reason I have selected Marriott. and the fa

The staffs were good & the break fast spread was great.

Cons:

The smell in that area was very bad. All those area were smelling like gutter. The canal which was in front of the hotel were with drainage water.
We were not able to use even the swimming pool properly , because of the bad smell.

Amazing hospitality
Pros:

Amazing team, brilliant hospitality.
Appreciate the top leader who heads the overall service and customer front end.

Cons:

Though I liked a lot of things, I felt the need for capital investment in facilities and infrastructure needs.

And while I say so, I understand that feeding an elephant like Marriott is a big Op-ex in itself.
