Predio e jardins realmente muito lindos! Toda a infraestrutura e impecável

De um modo geral o atendimento é muito inconsistente, enquanto alguns fazem de tudo para vc ter uma otima experiência, outros fazem absolutamente de tudo para vc se sentir desconfortável. Fizemos tudo que queríamos, mas foi preciso negociar e encontrar uma maneira para que as coisas acontecessem. Eu nao voltaria neste hotel. Servico de concierge eficiente.

Un palace au charme réel, mais une expérience très inégale selon le bâtiment où l’on séjourne

Le Palacio Duhau est présenté comme un hôtel historique d’exception. En réalité, l’expérience est très différente selon le bâtiment dans lequel on séjourne.
Le bâtiment historique concentre les salons, les restaurants, les principaux espaces de réception et une grande partie du charme attendu d’un palace de cette catégorie. Mais l’essentiel des chambres se trouve dans un second bâtiment, situé au fond du jardin, avec son propre accès et sa propre réception.
Les deux bâtiments sont reliés par un long couloir en sous-sol, présenté comme une galerie d’art. Dans les faits, cela donne davantage l’impression de deux établissements distincts que d’un hôtel unique : deux réceptions, deux salles de petit-déjeuner, deux expériences très différentes.
Le point le plus décevant concerne le spa. Les clients logés dans le bâtiment arrière doivent s’y rendre habillés puis utiliser des vestiaires et des casiers, comme s’ils venaient de l’extérieur. Pour un hôtel qui se positionne comme un palace historique haut de gamme, ce manque de fluidité est difficilement compréhensible.
Le problème n’est donc pas la qualité intrinsèque de l’établissement, mais l’écart entre la promesse d’un séjour au Palacio Duhau historique et la réalité vécue lorsqu’on est hébergé dans le bâtiment moderne.

One of the best Hyatt properties over 2 decades
Pros:

I have spent more nights in hotels than at home for years, so hotels have become my home.

However, the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires holds a special place—and rightly so, once again—thanks to its timeless architecture but, above all, its exceptional service, which has remained unsurpassed for nearly two decades.

My thanks go to Leandro, Alejandro, Magali, Azul, Lucio, and the entire team for making this latest trip to Argentina so memorable.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Amazing memorable stay!! We loved this hotel’s location, amenities and service! Our room had a living space, bedroom, large closets and 2 bathrooms- it was spotless and the welcome wine and macarons were a bonus! We’d definitely recommend this place and we’d love to stay there again.

A palace that earns it’s name
Pros:

Amazingly beautiful facility with great food and service. The room was wonderful with a great bed and bathroom. During our vacation we stayed at five high end hotels. This was our favorite.

Pros:

The Palacio Duhau was simply the best hotel experience my wife and I have had. From the room in the Palace to the food at Vinoteca restaurant I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They consistently went above and beyond the fine hotel and resort experience

A luxury hotel that lacks hospitality
Pros:

A very disappointing stay at a hotel where hospitality should, in principle, be a naturally strong. From a rude attendant during breakfast, to exceptionally poor and inattentive service at dinner, and finally a curt receptionist at check-out, the overall experience was an embarrassingly poor reflection on the hotel. A few staff members—including a young doorman—were notably different, offering the attentive and welcoming service one would expect. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the consistently poor service elsewhere. A shame for such a notable hotel.
