Best property in Buenos Aires!
Pros:

Loved staying at the property. great location. Staff is very helpful and great attention to detail. I dined at the Duhau restaurant and loved it enough to go in the next night again.
They requested me to change the room due to some technical issue in the room. The shifting was smooth and they thanked me for my cooperation with an excellent selection of cheese and fruits. Would definitely choose this property and highly recommend it.

人生最高のハイアット体験
Pros:

ブエノスアイレスの帝国ホテルと呼べる、格式と規律あるホテルです。

60軒以上のハイアットに宿泊した中で、最高峰と言えるほど、ハードとソフト双方が素晴らしい4泊の滞在でした。迷わず再訪したい。

・宮殿側、反対側の両方の部屋があります。私は非宮殿側のスイートを予約しましたが、モダンな感じで好みでした。

・朝食が、フレンチトースト・卵料理・マンゴーはじめ果物、いずれも本当に美味しい。毎日ランチをスキップするほど、毎朝食べすぎました。

◎接客が真に一級品。一番感動したのは、ステーキの名店 don julio の予約を、コンシェルジュの Andrea が当日に取ってくれたこと。普通は数ヶ月前に予約しないとムリなんです。

◎接客面でもう一つ、ドアマンも積極的に助けてくれて非常に優しいです。
帰りの空港行きのUber が道路の反対側に停まってしまったところ、ドアマン Paulo が即時に私の重いスーツケースを持ち「お持ちしますね」と。

総じて、尋ねる前から手を差し伸べてくれるホテル。人生で思い出に刻まれるホテルって、こういうことなんだと思います。

* 余談ですが、Springwall のマットレスがあまりに心地よく、時差ボケも相まって1日10時間ほど寝てしまいました。

Splendid hotel overall. Warmth and proactivety are the two key takeaways from my Feb 2026, 4-night stay -- as shared in the post-stay survey, thank you to Luciana for a seamless check-in experience, to Andrea from Concierge for securing us a last-minute 9:30PM Don Julio reservation on the day of (!), and to Paulo from Door Assistant for proactively (really, the moment I stepped outside!) helping with my large suitcase when my Uber ride arrived on the opposite side of the road.

Stunning Hotel--Incredible Visit
Pros:

I just returned from 5 days at the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires and , once again, I was blown away by the whole experience. The hotel itself is stunning with a mix of old world Hollywood style charm and gleaming contemporary finishes. The hotel is always immaculate, fragrant with the smell of fresh flowers and the art collection is a visual treat. But it is the service which really shines. Every person I encountered was extremely helpful and professional, yet warm and friendly. They really seemed to care and it showed. Breakfast was amazing! As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a huge suite overlooking the manicured gardens. Every World of Hyatt benefit was extended--without asking. Even the welcome amenity--a bottle of Argentinian wine was personally curated for the hotel and named for one of the great artists in their collection--and it was wonderful! It is easy to see why this is considered the top hotel is South America (I would say anywhere). I can't wait for my next visit!

Excellent Experience!
Pros:

This is a really beautiful property with all the amenities you could hope for. And the service was outstanding: Dana at the Reception Desk was professional, proactive and delivered impeccable service. I can’t say enough high praise for Dana! Mateo was excellent as he helped me manage my bags and went above and beyond to find my Driver. A really great experience all around.

The concierge service was the best I have ever had in my hotel travels. Shout out to AZUL and LUCIO for always going above and beyond.
The hotel and room were gorgeous and clean. All the staff we encountered could not have been nicer. Highly recommend Palacio Duhau.

Visit in May with friends on our way to a hunting lodge
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at this hotel. My second time here and myself and my friends loved it as before! Great location - excellent service - pay the premium to stay in the older / original part of the hotel as the rooms there were huge and had wonderful renovated bathrooms. Will be back here for sure!

AS GOOD AS IT GETS
Pros:

We stayed there recently as a family for Mother’s Day for a few nights and the service was absolutely incredible from Mateo and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond in almost every way possible. We have stayed at some incredible hotels around the world and I must say that the experience was right up there with the best of the best.
