Très bien, confortable et propre
Pros:

Bien placé, facile d’accès. L’appartement est grand et suffisamment équipé. Il manque juste des étagères dans le placard, uniquement penderie.

Cons:

On était au 1er étage, côté route, un peu de circulation donc bruyant le soir.

A nice stay for our one night away, Friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the room was fairly quiet.

Cons:

The kitchen had a small oven top for cooking on which was great, but no pots or pans to cook with so no use to anyone.
Walls are a bit thin so I could hear people walking around in the room next door.

The location, great to get to the waterfront and close proximity to the viaduct.

Cons:

It didnt have a couch, but rather two chairs. Also the shower over the bath was a bit tight to stand in but the bath itself was comfortable. The kitchenette had all the essentials and the bed was 10/10!

Value for money. I couldn't find anything similar at that price.
Was quiet enough, though had to switch off the air con for the night, otherwise it was too noisy.
The bed was comfy.
The bathroom had a shower over the bath, and the cloth curtain was old but everything seemed clean though dated.
Good sauna on premises.
Overall, a nice stay if you have to sleep in CBD

Cons:

White towels had orange stains on them
I would prefer a shower not a bath, but that's personal preference
You can't leave windows open as the room had a shared balcony and anyone could come from a next room by simply opening the balcony door through an open window
