Pre-Authorisations - Under normal circumstances, banks should be releasing this hold when the pre-authorisation has been cancelled by us. Another Great Stay
Pros:

I almost always stay here while in Auckland. I find staff excellent and helpful. Excellent fitness facilities.

Cons:

The overall area is a bit noisy. It's a busy city. There's nothing the hotel can do about this.

Solid and reliable
Pros:

Very clean room; good location; I always stay here for work. The rooms are a nice size and has most amenities needed. Many of the rooms have been recently refurbished. The photos are very accurate and you can rely on them.

The lack of sufficient milk and sugar to cater to us for our stay being that I will usually like a hot chocolate for night time and a coffee for the morning to get the day starred and there was a limited amount that did not make ends meet to serve the both of us and time being the essence without saying the point being is this is a stopping point of top quality service and we utilize this for comfort and the sake of privacy as we were not wanting to have to report to the reception to have that delivered or be annoying to have to ask for that...
