Pros:

The room was outside the hotel/pub across a cobbled driveway which led up to the parking high above the road. The bedding looked clean but the room was very basic and the curtains on the windows looking out on to the street did not pull together. So in fairness we didn't like it at all.

Cons:

As above. We didn't stay overnight although we had booked and paid,including breakfast. We thought the pub seemed dreary.

Good staff but try to find somewhere else to stay.

1 Staff friendly and helpful. 2 Very clean. 3 Good breakfast.

1 Bed very uncomfortable. 2 Room too small for a four poster. 3 Shower very small and shower head did not hold up. 4 Car park too small and entrance too tight. 5 Non-Asian dinner options poor quality.

Great location, consciousness staff.
Pros:

I was not happy with the allocated room and they immediately gave me a better room.

Slept in a four-posted bed!
Pros:

The staff was nice and efficient. The bed was a bit soft, but still comfortable. Getting into the parking behind the hotel is a bit tight, but it has roughly 10 spots which is a huge plus! The food was good and we were thankful it was on sight, as the town is small with only a pizza truck as an alternative meal spot.

Cons:

The hotel is worn down, but that added to the uniqueness of it with springy, sloping floors and dated furniture. Not sure how long the curtains of the four-post bed have been in place, but seem to me that they'd be a dust collector.

Très bon séjour!! Nous recommandons absolument cet hôtel et son restaurant!!!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très propre et bien situé pour commencer une découverte des Cotswolds. Très bon accueil. Merci tout particulièrement au personnel de nous avoir permis de dîner malgré l'heure déjà tardive (très bon repas)! Petit déjeuner copieux et varié (anglais ou continental au choix).

Rien: tout était très bien!
