Great swimming pool and bar staff. Restaurant is a disaster.
Pros:

The maître at the restaurant acts like he's the king of the place, but not in a good way. Bossy and likes to tell guests off. Had a terrible experience trying to accommodate my group at the restaurant, that ended as soon as the maître decided he needed to make me and my friends embarassed before other guests. I've taken this to the attention of the hotel director, but I'm not sure whether this has been taken seriously - never got any feedback from her after our report.

La piscina divina y súper limpia. Tiene reposeras y sombrillas súper cómodas. Desayuno: falta fruta fresca. Jogurt y algún jugo natural.
Las habitación son súper cómodas. Con heladerita con bebidas. Las camas muy bien, las sábanas espectaculares.

Cons:

La atención de recepción no me gusto mucho. Les falta un poco de empatía cuando uno llega.

Pros:

Piscina, sala colazioni, giardino grande e ben curato. Questi gli aspetti che si avvicinano a un 4 stelle. Il resto lascia molto a desiderare e di certo non all'altezza di un 4 stelle in Costa Smeralda. Buono e utile il servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia.

Non mi aspettavo assolutamente di trovarmi così bene! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso in questo hotel.
Essendo incinta 🤰, avevo contattato la struttura prima del nostro arrivo spiegando che avevo diverse necessità, tra cui il bisogno di riposare bene e di avere una camera tranquilla 💤. Devo dire che lo staff ha fatto davvero di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno perfetto, coccolandomi e accontentandomi in ogni singola richiesta.
Oltre alla location fantastica 📍 e all'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo 💰, la vera differenza l'ha fatta l'incredibile fattore umano. Un grazie speciale va a Maria Vittoria e Tania, ma anche a tutto il personale del ristorante e del bar 🍽️🍹: sono stati tutti estremamente professionali, calorosi e attenti a ogni dettaglio.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'accoglienza impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 🏨🌟

Climatisation mise en route dès notre arrivée dans notre chambre

Cons:

Hôtel décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont séparées par une simple porte communicante, ce qui laisse passer énormément de bruit venant des voisins. L’insonorisation est insuffisante et cela nuit au confort. Dans l’ensemble, les prestations ne correspondent pas, selon moi, au niveau attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles.

Ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles !!
Pros:

J'ai aimé le confort des chambres, bonne literie, air conditionné, petite terrasse, frigo à disposition. Piscine agréable.
Grand parking à disposition.

Cons:

Petite baignoire basse et glissante pour les douches, pas très pratique.
Deux lampadaires dans l'allée derrière ne fonctionnent pas et personne ne change les ampoules, pile à un croisement, on ne voit rien ! Maître d'hôtel pas très sympathique, ne souris pas. Pas d'explications sur les plats au restaurant et uniquement des menus avec 3 plats différents. Pas de carte !
Petit déjeuner à éviter absolument. Rien n'est frais, tout est industrielle.
Pas assez de places (tables) au bar de la piscine, nous avons dû retourner à notre chambre.
