La scarsità dei parcheggi l. La notte ho trovato difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, ma il night auditor è stato molto gentile ad aiutarmi, vista la tarda ora

Esperienza indimenticabile
Pros:

Personale e staff super cordiale e disponibile, dal receptionist al barman ai camerieri, in particolare Gianluca e Adam sensibili ad ogni nostra esigenza e altamente professionali. La colazione é ricca ma purtroppo non offre alternative per vegani, per questo mi sono trovata a fare richiesta per prodotti a base vegetale. Lo staff é stato così gentile da preparare e farmi trovare dei dolci e mi è stato portato a tavola un croissant vegano appositamente fatto per me. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posto stupendo, un piccolo paradiso. Dovessimo ritornare a Porto Cervo non avremmo sicuramente dubbi su dove soggiornare.

Cons:

La colazione non offre alternative vegane, ma lo staff è stato cosi gentile da prepararmi appositamente dei dolci a base vegetale e ne sono rimasta deliziata.

El concepto de hotel y las instalaciones, proximidad a las playas y a la marina

Cons:

Mejoraría el equipamiento e instalaciones del gimnasio. Para un hotel de este nivel, se queda muy corto, y es fácil completar el equipamiento, especialmente las máquinas
Más variedad en el desayuno, muy repetitivo y por favor, poner un tostador de pan. y el bar, con pocas opciones para comer algo informal

Beautiful setting with a lovely pool and gardens. Good value overall.
Pros:

The room was fine though I thought the small room with the fridge was odd. Breakfast was good. There was a good choice of various breakfast offerings to suit different tastes. I didn't find the staff over friendly but they were efficient so maybe that's just a thing here. I thought Mario on the bar was very good as were the girls on reception. The gardens were beautiful and the plants and butterflies were a fabulous bonus. It was also fantastic to get a lovely pool virtually to ourselves and loungers which were not crowded. The pool guy was terrific - very attentive and proactive. The setting overall was beautiful - very picturesque with many beautiful beaches and restaurants in the area.

Cons:

For me the bed was too hard and the pillows too flat so I never really got a good night's sleep. I felt the menu was lacking too with very basic 'snack food' in the day and not much of a choice for an evening meal.

Was a little apprehensive about staying here having read previous reviews. First of all the staff are lovely. 2 young girls on reception in particular (so sorry we don’t know the names) Mario the bartender always friendly, the lady behind the bar and the life guard all very friendly people. The rooms are a little dated but it’s Italy it’s what you expect. But it’s spotlessly clean. The life guard worked especially hard to keep on top of the pool area. The grounds are lovely, the flowers and butterflies were stunning. (We absolutely loved the little turtle who roams the grounds!) the hotel is a little far out and taxis are wildly expensive so definitely rent a car. We found Ubers very reliable. The breakfast was pretty good (again it’s usually continental breakfasts so having a few hot options was good) lots of pastries and cake selection. The beaches are gorgeous and theres lots within distance of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay and beautiful Sardinia!

Lo recomiendo incluso para familias.
Pros:

Es muy acogedora, excelente desayuno. Muy amplia la habitación. Personal muy cordial sobre todo en recepción. Tienen buena onda para cuando consultas. Está limpio y bien mantenido el lugar.

Cons:

No tenían late check out y el check in es demasiado tarde 3pm. Tampoco cuentan con vestuario para los huéspedes que tienen horarios de vuelos o ferrys fuera del check out . Solo eso lo demás todo bien

Nice quite location near to Porto Cervo, spacious rooms with good breakfast.
Pros:

Very good location, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful. Nice pool and surroundings.

Cons:

Beds are below average, they really need upgrade together with pillows. Shower has only top head no shower handle (hard for ladies to wash the hair, etc.). Safe is one of the trickiest to use, even staff had issues to set it up.
