Arcachon, hässlich an der Promenade, wunderschön im gepflegten Stadtteil.
Pros:

Lage "nicht schlecht" - ca. 1 km zu Fuss dem Meer entlang. Ansprechende Reception. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht (mit Euro 18.- / Person zu teuer), es gibt nette Alternativen in der Umgebung, aber der Frühstücksraum sah einladend aus - auch mit Aussenbereich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eine Schuhschachtel, mit Vinylbodenbelag, kein Parkett, ein no-go. Bad klein, aber o.k. Ich habe bei der Buchung wohl die m2 "überlesen".

Modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal fast direkt am Strand
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Auf Anfrage wurde das Frühstück um gekochte Eier und frischen Obstsalat erweitert.
Der Strand befand sich 1 min entfernt und die Innenstadt 15 min zu Fuß den Strand entlang. Überall schöne und gute Restaurants.

Perfect solution for me : close but indépendant
Pros:

I have an appt across the road and always book my guests in to TBOUTIQUE for B&B then they come and go as we all choose and can park rental car in my parking. Love it.

Pros:

Ich habe ein Upgrade auf eine Deluxe Zimmer erhalten, weil das Schloss im Standard Zummer defekt war. Das hat mich sehr gefreut und I'm Deluxe Zimmer haben ich mich dann auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert ordentlich.

Cons:

Das ursprünglich gebuchte Standard Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt. Der TV ist kein Smart TV. Beim Frühstück fand ich die Marmeladen nicht gut und auch, dass es nur gekochte Eier gab. Ich würde dann eher ein kleineres Frühstück mit Baguette und guter Marmelade anbieten zu kleinerem Preis.
