Comfortability for the cats

Very clean for comfort in.They always say that they're not a great hotel.This one was wonderful staff was amazing.The breakfast we'll talk about that.On the other one.But otherwise, everything was really nice on that aspect

The bad.... Besides the breakfast, the eggs were so hard. I literally could have cut someone with them and overcooked, but I didn't really care about that. What I cared about is there was a smell in our room like almost like it was cat. Urine odor I doused our room over and over with fairly expensive perfume to try to get rid of the smell
. And I just couldn't get rid of it. So when I called him down there, when I first entered, I asked him if they could spray something. We were getting ready to leave, and if they did. I'm pretty sure they didn't when we got back. It was the same same overpowering smell, and it literally smelled like cat. Urine, it was horrible. It was hard to sleep when we asked to change rooms. We couldn't do the hotel was sold out. It was a big concert happening. We're right across the street. So I get that cause that's where we were at. But it was just really, really hard. We had a perfume.Our seats around our faces and have the air condition on the smell was overwhelming.That was the only complaint I had.Otherwise everything was beautiful

All in all quite good. I would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Good location. Close to public transportation. Friendly helpful staff. Wi-fi good.

Cons:

Scrambled eggs a bit cold and bland. Rather limited sports channels on TV.

Cons:

Room smelled like dog poop. The AC/heater actually fell apart and landed on the floor exposing mold and dirty filters inside. Reported to front desk who inspected and moved us to another room that was old and not very clean. Hard hard beds. Discovered the poop smell came from an outside dog poop receptacle that badly needed emptied. Night mgr originally stated he would give us a discount but check out mgr next morning said he could not honor any discount because we booked thru Booking.com. He was not willing to contact booking com to request a rate reduction. Would never stay at another Comfort Inn and seriously would reconsider before booking thru your web site.
