Staff were friendly and professional and location was great.
Bed sheets were uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff and nice rooms.
Just be sure to watch carefully for the entry driveway. Very sharp turn and then downhill. Once you know its there, its fine but first shot for me was not easy. (and it was raining)
Breakfast was satisfactory, and the beds were somewhat comfortable.
They were always out of towels! We could never swim because of this, and we saw other people getting out of the pool and asking, and having to walk back to their rooms dripping wet! We asked for another for our room, and they couldn't come up with one extra towel both times we asked! Then, the garbage can right outside the exit nearest our room was always overflowing!
The chlorine smell at the pool was very overwhelming.
Indoor Pool, clean room and comfortable bed! Infused lemon water! Jacuzzi was excellent!
Most of the time ice machine on 1st floor was out of service, no ice machine on second floor which that was our floor! bathroom on 1st floor was out of service at least that’s what the sign said! Key cards were outdated and had to use multiple attempts to open doors especially the access door to the pool! Towels in the pool area were always ‘none’ had to request towels each night! Breakfast was not the best, could have been better and more variety! Needs more staff!
Location is good
Room was very small. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty.
It’s clean, with the exception of towels for the pool. The last two stays…I’ve had to ask staff to replenish the towels, as there was not any to dry off with.

Ashley a counter clerk was very friendly.
When I checked I asked where my room was. 301 back of the hotel far corner. I asked the clerk if I could park behind the Hotel to keep an eye on my car. The employee said “YES”! I parked in the back and later at midnight I found a Boot (wheel lock) on my car. I complained because I was told by the employee that checked me in that I could park there. I since then requested for the manager to contact me. After 5 attempts, all with requests to be contacted , he has NOT CONTACTED ME! I paid $75 to have a boot removed from my vehicle for parking where an employee told me I could park.
I liked the location, free parking, and price point.
This wasn’t a problem for me, but it was pet friendly.

Breakfast and carpet in room. Curtains didn’t come together and light filtered in all night from the pool.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
I had stayed the week before and no one could tell me why my deposit had not yet been returned. They took another deposit from me for this visit and again...the deposit has not been returned. I took pictures of our rooms on both checkouts to ensure a full refund of my deposits. Also, the male attendant at the time of check in was not vey helpful regarding questions I was asking.
