Quick overnight stay, comfortable, clean and easy access to the airport.

There was construction going on outside of our room, the AC unit would squeal randomly (as we found out in the middle of the night) and there wasn’t enough parking for both of us to park our cars on the premises. Also no public parking around the hotel… it was a rough stay.
Breakfast was good with the usual options. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near a main street with lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but noise was never an issue. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The parking lot is kind of small, and you need a permit. It's okay, you just have to remember to display the permit.
Big pool.
No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes I stood there. There was no bell to ting or anything and I called the front desk like 5 times with no answer while wife and 5 kids were roasting in the car. When Sol came to check us in she didn’t even say anything or apologize.
The location was convenient and the staff was friendly.
It took 4 times to get the keycard to work, the hotel is also student housing with noise until 11:45pm, we reserved with pets but were told there was a 2 pet limit. We had 2 small dogs and a cat. Our poor cat had to stay in our car overnight, parking was extremely limited, and our cost was much higher than what was charged on Booking.com. I felt the additional charges should have been made known up front. We will not stay there again.

Needed more lights around mirrors. Had cataract surgery and have to have brighter lights to see clearly when getting ready in the morning
It was our first time traveling with a pet, and it was much easier than I expected. Everyone was kind and made the experience simple. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable.

I didn't like it when I took shower cause the floor gets wet. It doesn't have to have a tub, but at least something to control the water from exiting to the floor.
