Pros:

The location was the only positive, but having now been there, there are several nearby properties that are much more appealing

Cons:

There was no ice in the facility when we checked in. I was advised that they would have some in the morning or I could go nearby and purchase a bag. The breakfast was very poor with runny eggs and sandwich bagged bread and bagels. The butter, peanut butter and cream cheese were portioned from larger pieces and available in plastic covered cups. There was weak coffee available only at the breakfast bar, no decaffeinated and no coffee maker at all in the room. The room is poorly designed with the sink area along the corridor from the entry door, not separated from the sleeping area and not part of the small bathroom which aside from a door that was too warped or swollen to close had a shower with bare minimum water pressure. In general one of the worst rooms we have experienced in many years and we travel extensively. The sound proofing from adjoining rooms was also very poor resulting in a terrible nights sleep. This was not a bargain basement price, just a bargain basement property.

It suited our needs but was nothing special.
Pros:

The stay was adequate. Breakfast was average. location was good and central.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. the staffing was sparse but the employee there worked hard to please.
Pricing for what was actually there was high. There was real no other facilities.

We found a Great place to stay in Edwardsville.
Pros:

We have a daughter and son-in-law that live in Edwardsville. We were in town, visiting them. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean. We will definitely be staying at your hotel in the future.

Clean facilities and family like atmosphere!!!
Pros:

We were in town for a few days to visit our grandson and his wife.
Everything was as you would expect it. Clean facility and a family like atmosphere. This was our second year in a row to stay at this hotel and we will probably be back next year.

Good value
Pros:

We stay at this hotel whenever visiting my son at SIUE. It’s a simple and clean room for an overnight stay. It very close in location to SIUE campus. Decent breakfast food offered as expected at a hotel free breakfast. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express when traveling. I wanted something economical and clean for our visits. This family run hotel is a good value.
