Viss iespaids tika sabojāts jau pašā sākumā, jo bija liela probēma ar iekļūšanu dzīvoklī.
Pros:

Brokastu pakalpojumu neizmantojām. Atrašanās vieta diezgan laba, tuvu centram un centrālajai dzelzsceļa stacijai. Liels balkons.

Cons:

Pirms ierašanās nebijām saņēmuši durvju kodu, tas mums radīja lielas problēmas, jo uz norādīto telefona numuru ilgu laiku nevarējām nevienu sazvanīt. Kopumā vajadzēja apmēram 2 stundas lai atrisinātu šo problēmu un tiktu iekšā mūsu dzīvoklī. WC aksesuāri nav labi piestiprināti, duša jālieto uzmanīgi, jo ūdens tek laukā uz grīdas, gaisa kondicionieris un ventilators darbojas ļoti vāji.

Pros:

kolay ulaşılabilir olmasını. Giriş-çıkış kolaylığını. İhtiyacım olan herşeyini bulunmasını. Yönetimin, talimatların, kullanım şartlarının açık ve net olmasını.

Cons:

Diğer odalardan gelen seslerden, odada banyo-duş kısmında bir çöp kovası eksik olmasını, banyo armatüründeki kırık ve hortumunun soru kaçırıyor olması odanın şıklığına yakışmamış; ama olumlu şeylerinin yanında çok ufak detaylar ;) Olumlu taraf çok daha fazla.

I informed the staff prior to my arrival of my preference for a clean floor due to my baby crawling. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find a beige carpet turned brown from dirt and overall uncleanliness. Furthermore, instead of a proper bedsheet for my baby's crib, a towel was provided. This was truly unexpected. Additionally, I had requested a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, the balcony was not equipped with any chairs or tables for outdoor seating.
An elevator is designed for a single slender individual.

Perfect location, no parking, unfriendly customer service, dirty room
Pros:

The location was perfect

Cons:

1. Initial booking did not provide 2 single beds instead of one double bed and wanted an extra 65 chf to change it. And they didn’t even add a second blanket.
2. There were soap holders but no soap. Instead they just put mini bottles of shampoo.
3. It wasn’t clean. There was hair laying on the ground from the previous visitors.
4. There wasn’t any parking. The only parking they suggested was only for 2 hours.
5. The window on the toilet cannot be blinded completely, so people outside could see us doing our business. They provided no solution.
Overall the customer service was not taking care of those problems. Only a bit of soap and a second blanket on the second night.

Tolles Apartment in der City
Pros:

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, groß und sauber.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die räumliche Planung und Ausstattung.
Alles ist mit Geschmack und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Es hat alles beim Aufenthalt technisch problemlos funktioniert.

Cons:

Vielleicht war der Mülleimer für 4 Tage Aufenthalt etwas zu klein. Ich hätte den Müll selbst weg gebracht, fand aber keine Hinweise darauf.

bon emplacement dommage que le bar en bas était fermé la plupart du temps, facile d'accès bon confort

Cons:

ne pas mettre une seule poubelle dans les toilettes... aveentuellement mettre café thé a disposition ou préciser quelle marque de café on doit prendre

Goed gelegen, mooie kamer met faciliteiten, makkelijke check in, wel wat straatlawaai.
Pros:

Goed centraal gelegen, dicht bij station HB, dicht bij congresshaus en centrum.

Cons:

Wel veel straatlawaai en geluid van cafe over de deur. Met de ramen dicht geen probleem. Het was de eerste nacht te warm, daarna gevonden dat we verwarming konden uitzetten, ik miste misschien een uitleg hoe het systeem te gebruiken.

This is a great option for a short stay
Pros:

We were impressed that the apartment was quiet even though there was a popular bar close by

Cons:

We could have used two items that we use regularly. We use facecloths and pepper regularly . It would have been nice to have instructions in English more readily available.
