Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request. Er werd niet voldoende gedaan aan de hitte op de kamers.

It’s in a great location though it was very difficult to figure out the entrance. And the apartment would be nicer in the fall or spring.
We stayed during the heat wave and the AC was not hooked up. We could see in the ceiling there was an AC, but they would not turn it on for us and it was at least 90° in the apartment. If they had better curtains on the bigger windows, we could’ve at least blocked out the sun.
They did bring us one more fan, which helped a little, but the staff was very rude when we were trying to do laundry, which stated was included, but in reality you had to wait until 3 PM and then fight for the washers.
Finally, the sliding door to the bathroom was broken so we could not actually close the door to use the bathroom, which was frustrating as a family of four.

Close to public transportation.
1. No separate entrance, have to enter through a bar/restaurant and no instructions were provided on that.
2. Elevator so small that it’s difficult to even fit two people. Let alone going in with luggages.
3. There were ants all over. We had to find our own spray and get rid of the ants in the apartment.
4. No hand soap was provided.
5. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a small broken glass piece that pierced into my husband’s foot and had to be taken care of. Could have been really bad if it was my baby instead.

The room we had was on the ground floor and the toilet for the bar was on the other side of the hallway. So was noisy

Expensive like everything else in Switzerland. Never into 10am check out, too early.
The apartment is in a good location close to the centre of Zurich. It is well laid out with good facilities and it was clean.
The door code did not work when we arrives at 8.00 in the evening. We spent over an hour trying to get in touch with Vision Apartments, without success. Eventually we had to find another place to stay in for the night and spent CHF 45 on a taxi to get there.
At 10.30 that evening we received a message to say there had been an entry code malfunction that had finally been fixed. By that time we had settled into the hotel we had found. We returned to the apartment the following morning and entered at 11:00am.
I asked for compensation and was initially offered a 30% discount code, presumably for future bookings. I was finally offered a refund of 83% of the first night's cost. I was told this was not 100% because the daily rate runs from 3:00pm each day and we had managed finally to get in 4 hours earlier.
A fair response by a good company would have been to offer 100% refund of the cost of the night's accommodation we had missed, plus the additional transport costs we had incurred.
Finally, the ventilation system in the apartment was not working, when the outside temperature was 30+.
Overall we had a very bad experience with Vision Apartments. Their response to the problems we encountered (which were entirely their fault) was very poor and the compensation offered was disappointing. We will not be staying in one of their properties again.
The room was overall ok
There was no AC and it was unbearable to do anything including the room, including sleep.
Location is great!
No AC, no breakfast, no cleaning or changing bedding and towels, no stuff around if you need anything
No air conditioning and the building appear to be suffering some severe humidity issues as the smell in my floor was bad and a machine to extract the humidity was 24h on the corridor making a lot of noise.

Good place for stay but without human touch or soul. Not great for hospitality industry.

Nice to have a gym in the basement, which was the coolest place in the building
