لم يتم استقبالنا من قبل الموظف الخاص بإيقاف السيارات و حمل الحقائب حتى اضطررت لإيقاف سيارتي بنفسي!
لم يتم تقديم الضيافة ( تمر و قهوة ) لنا على الرغم من توفرها على الطاولة!
تمنيت لو توفرت نشرات توضيحية عن خدمات الفندق للنزلاء ( مثل المسبح و اسعار غرف المساج )

الشي الوحيد الزين بالفندق الموقع ، غيره الخدمة سيئة جدا ً

الموقع ممتاز والفندق مفروض يكون محترم ولكنه يفتقد للاحترافية !

حجزت 3 غرف الغرفة الاولى فيها ريحة كرييهه رقم الغرفة 710 وكلمتهم جابو موظف يعطر الغرفة وماتم تبديل الغرفة الا بعد مانزلت للاستقبال 3 مرات ،، خدمة الهاتف اكثر من 5 مرات اتصل ومحد يرد علي واضطر انزل للاستقبال صراحة كرهونا بالفندق
