We stayed for 5 nights in May 2026. A lot of positives, but a few oddities and negatives that made this hotel not worth the price for us.
The location is not great- residential with few restaurants and shops nearby. We finally found a CarreFour Express which helped. It was quite removed from Florence, and not the best area to walk at night.
The room was good- nice view, windows that opened (but no screens… so mosquitos!). Housekeeping was fabulous. Had some issues with the coffee maker.
One note- the door to the bathroom is glass with no seal. So, if you need privacy from your roommate, this is not for you!
Rooftop deck was nice- not staffed so a common access space, but lovely for a quiet snack or dinner from the local grocery.
Breakfast was fine. Oddly not included- even for Titanium- but a daily F&B credit helped with the cost. Odd that a hotel in Italy gave the credit in USD, but I guess that’s what they do. Some additional refrigeration and chaffing dishes to keep things hot and cold would be nice, but the selection and quality was great.
The staff is outstanding. The bartenders, servers, front desk were all fun, friendly and efficient. They made this stay much better than it would have been.
For the cost, I wouldn’t recommend this property, but maybe on points or on a Greta deal I would stay again.
We stayed here 2 nights while exploring Florence on vacation. We had 2 rooms that were adjoining with one door. The one thing that stood out the most was how clean the entire hotel was - lobby, rooms, breakfast area, and restaurant. The parking garage under the hotel was a bonus for our rental car. Great place to recharge and relax.
Proximity to airport for early flight in the AM
Outdated hotel, was in a weird area of Florence, wouldn’t recommend if you are there to sight see. I only chose this hotel due to proximity to airport for early flight but wouldn’t recommend as there are many other boutique options for same price that are more charming.
Everithing was as expected
Location
Rummet höll en hög standard-det var stilrent, välstädat och mycket bekväm. Allt var perfekt och i ordning. Lyxig frukost. Jag är supernöjd och kan verkligen rekommendera det.
You walk in the front door to happy associates. Chaima at the front desk, Mara the bartender, Alessio the best
In Florence for pleasure,we stayed at the Ac Marriott, we enjoyed the services received, the central location.
The hotel parking was useful.
We will be back !!!
smiles and good breakfast
We loved this hotel. We stayed for just over 1 week & we’re thrilled with it. It is located out of the main touristy area (about a 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio or the Uffizi Museum or Piazza del Duomo) and even closer to the edge of the tourist zone where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We only took a cab 1 night to dinner (because it was raining a bit). The room was spacious enough for 3 of us without feeling jammed together. The bed (& pullout bed) were comfortable. The bathroom was large with more than ample water pressure. There is a nice restaurant that served a good breakfast to start the day. The hotel staff (Marco was very helpful with our coming & going over the 10 days) was friendly, polite & helpful - including several of the desk staff remembering our names. Room rates were maybe up just a touch from other places, but within range for everything the hotel offered. Very glad we stayed here.
