1⁰ check-in as 18:00 horas é um absurdo, nunca vi isso na minha vida. Um desrespeito aos idosos e deficientes físicos. Como vc paga uma diária e fica no saguão do hotel sem poder entrar ,e pior sem poder saber qual será seu quarto e por isso não tem como colocar o consumo utilizado na sua conta.Fim da picada.
2⁰-Depois disso tudo colocaram por pirraça em um apt. De deficientes, nada contra mas foi por pirraça .
3⁰-Um descontrole total em toalhas ,café,assesso a praia e etc.
TUDO ISSO POR FALTA DE GESTÃO.
SEM COMANDO TOTAL DO HOTEL ,JOGADO AS TRAÇAS.
Na portaria uma molecada azeda no tratamento ,um horror.
Duvido que os proprietários estão a par doque está se passando.
UMA PENA MESMO POR SER UM LUGAR ÚNICO.

Localizacao perfeita, funcionários cordiais e prestativos, piscinas otimas, servico de Praia ótimo, cafe da manhã saboroso e variado. Quarto confortavel, amenities Loccitane, ducha otima.

Cons:

A comida do restaurante não estava saborosa: carnes muito bem passages e um pouco duras, peixe ressecados, Massas medianas. O hotel estava com 94% de sua caoacidade- piscina lotadas, filas no restaurante, elevators demoravam muito.
