Solid base for a Madrid trip
Pros:

Good location, great breakfast, friendly and predictable service. I used Petit Palace chain for many years in my commutes to Madrid.

Cons:

The mattresses and pillows were a bit hard, not as cozy as you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The Santa Barbara branch was comfier.

Un encanto en plaza del Carmen
Pros:

La ubicación en pleno centro. A 2 cuadras de la Gran Via y 2 de la Puerta del Sol.
El desayuno muy completo, variado y casero. Veronica la encargada del desayuno muy cordial y servicial. La atención del personal también excelente y muy serviciales.

Cons:

Las habitaciones algo chicas pero compensa con lo moderno y limpio que es el hotel. Servicio de café, té, hielo, agua en el lobby.

Location, staff were great and really clean. I know there were reports of noise but we never heard anything. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The toliet is glass cabin and walls do not come to the ceiling. Would stay again for this reason Alone.

Great Experience
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable, great location and friendly personnel. Monica helped us with tickets, restaurant suggestions and things to do, always with a smile and friendly demeanor. This was our second stay here, and definitely will stay here next time we visit Madrid.

Bon hôtel. Demander une chambre calme!

L’emplacement est central et pratique. L’hôtel est assez joli. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Notre deuxième chambre etait confortable et calme. Le personnel fait tout pour trouver une solution

La première chambre où nous ne sommes même pas restés 5 mn. Elle donnait sur la place et nous avions l’impression d’être au milieu de la terrasse des restaurants
