Excelente atención del personal, buena ubicación pero infraestructura incómoda

Excelente ubicación pero el baño tiene deficiencias importantes de mantenimiento

La ubicación es insuperable si quieres estar en la zona del centro cerca de Sol no hay mejor ubicación posible tienes todo alrededor a la derecha te queda Plaza Mayor a la izquierda te queda el Museo del Prado es una zona muy activa de noche la habitación fue bastante y Sonora pequeña eso sí no tienes casi espacio donde moverte

Cons:

El baño Está muy deteriorado es inaceptable que tengas manchas de moho negro en algunas esquinas sobre todo porque son falta de silicón el baño sí fue un desastre. Por otro lado cuando te bañas la pared de vidrio que divide la ducha del baño es muy corta el agua sale por todos lados el baño queda literalmente inundado después de bañarte teníamos que utilizar las toallas para sacar el piso para poder salir de la ducha es el baño sí dejó mucho que desear en mantenimiento no en limpieza aclaro esto porque el personal de limpieza todos los días entró y limpio pero de verdad que el ballo está en unas pésimas condiciones que es inaceptable para el precio del hotel
