Winter: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 hrs. and 17:30 to 21:00 hrs.
Summer: Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00 hs.
The spa is closed on Sundays.
The use of SPA services will be by appointment.
– Gym (for older than 16 years old):
Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00 hrs.

Cama muy cómoda y grande
No había enchufes cerca de la cama, las instalaciones del baño (ducha) viejas
Creo que lo más destacable del hotel es el personal. Todos y cada uno de ellos fue muy amable y predispuesto. Siempre con una sonrisa y y buscando en todo momento nuestro confort. La limpieza un 10. También me sorprendió lo silenciosa que era mi habitación siendo que las ventanas daban a la calle Buenos Aires, frente al casino. No fui en temporada y puede que todo estuviera más tranquilo, pero re bien. Otra cosa que me encantó fue el colchón!!!! Dormí increíblemente esas noches. Y la ubicación está muy bien. Te podes mover fácilmente.
No podría decir que no me gustó, pero sí siento que podría estar mejor: el gimnasio. No es muy grande y tiene pocas máquinas para usar…vos te preguntarás y para que queres un gimnasio???? Bueno, mi estadía fue casi todos días de lluvia, así que para matar un poco el tiempo quise usarlo y no me copó tanto. El spa en cambio si estuvo bien.
La tele en mi habitación se veía lluviosa…veía? Siii por supuesto, pero la imagen no era un 10. Y después nada que te afecte la estadía pero hay partes del hotel que podrían verse mejor, están un poco descuidadas…les falta una lavada de cara. Por ejemplo el subsuelo donde sirven el desayuno. Ya de por si es oscuro…y algunas paredes están descuidadas…nada realmente grave.

El desayuno excelente y la atencion del personal espectacular. Tiene un dispenser de agua para mate muy cómodo. Contrate masajes y eran buenisimos.
Las instalaciones son anticuadas y descuidadas. Mucho moho en el baño, en las siliconas que sellan la bacha, da aspecto de sucio. La pintura de 1830, da aspecto a viejo a los pasillos. Solo dos enchufes en la habitación uno en el baño y otro debajo de una mesa. Ninguno cerca de la mesa de luz
El spa tiene un hidromasaje grande pero no tiene pileta. La dinámica de llevarte las batas y devolverlas en el dia es bastante incomoda para los huéspedes.
Contrate por booking y ademas de pesificar el precio luego me agregaron el IVA, me termino saliendo caro por lo que era el hotel no valia la pena.

Si bien fue renovado , sigue siendo viejo el sistema de calefacción y y las duchas

La ubicacion el desayuno y el personal el espacio para tomar mates abajo mirando hacia afuera es grande la recepcion y linda para no estar siempre encerrados en ma habitacion
No tiene estacionamiento ,las duchas sienpre sale fria no llega nunca a calentar las calderas fuimos varias veces inclusive me queje y me dicen eso q hay q esperar por las calderas pero no se a cuanto tiempo mas una hora y no siempre sale medio fria y es igual el tamaño de las habitaciones es super restringidas y los baños si va alguien adulto o reelenito se complica por son muy pequeños puerta inhodoro y lavatorio todo pegados a la pared q no se podria entrar y el desayuno quedo medio escaso ko esta mal pero este año fuimos a otro q era por el mismo valor muy superior ,por eso pienso q deberian de mejorar esos aspectos porq el hotel es hermoso pero la gente al probar q hay mas comodidades van a ir a otro con mas comodidades los colchones tambien estaban bastante desgastados

At night, the area isn’t the most pretty. The hotel doesn’t have parking, so you have to find a place on the street nearby, and you’re always approached by insistent “trapitos” (+ having to pay through the SEM app to park on the street during the day). The hotel has a “deal” with a nearby parking lot but it’s expensive ($25.000 per day in August 2026).
Whenever we wanted to shower, we had to call reception because the water was cold. We had to wait for ca. 15 minutes after that before being able to shower.
