Pros:

Bueno, cuando llegue me dieron la habitación qué no tenía vistas al mar porque la tapaba el techo y realmente no me gustó, pero hable con Cristian un trabajador del hotel que muy amablemente me resolvió y me asignó otra habitación, en el hotel hay buena atención y es muy tranquilo, pero realmente se ocupa mantenimiento

La alimentación incluida en este caso el desayuno y que puedo hacer uso de instalaciones antes del ingresar a la habitación

No dan toallas aunque ingreses temprano, antes las brindaban! Para que te cambien las toallas de piscina tienes que entregar las sucias y cuando lo hicimos no tenían disponible las estaban lavando. En varias ocasiones el restaurante no tenía vasos para refresco en los desayunos. Me parece que deberían de tener más cantidad y paños de mejor calidad lamentablemente los que nos dieron con una usada ya se sentían muy mojados y la poca disponibilidad nos limitaba a pedir cambio.

Hotel normal.
Pros:

La atención de un señor en recepción.
Súper amable. Y el desayuno es bueno. Sin jugo de naranja pero bueno.

Cons:

Instalaciones ya muy deterioradas , el agua de la piscina no es muy bien tratada.
Ropa de cama de mala calidad.
No se para que tienen cable , si la imagen en pésima. La internet es muy mala.

it was ok, but I don't think I will come back

We requested an early checking at 10 am, the room was given to us until 1 pm
The 15 dollar food/drink bonus, could only be used if we expend 50 dollars in food/drinks. You guys gave us a false advertising.
In the Room 401, there were air conditioning machines in the rooms, but not in the leaving room
There were no sofabed. It was a regular, normal seat, not even a sofa

The breakfast is the best part when staying at this hotel! We really enjoyed it! The first day, we chose from the menu, and we were served quite fast, and the good was great! During the weekend, it was a buffet, and they food was great too!
The breakfast is taken in an attached restaurant to the hotel. The personnel at the restaurant and the hotel were all very nice and polite!
The location of the hotel is good, and the bed are comfortable.

Cons:

The quality of the room we were in was quite low:
- smaller than what we expected
- windows are of low quality, and some do not even open or close properly
- air-conditioning was leaking water inside the room
- low water pressure in the bathroom
- maintenance seems to be none existent or poorly done: guardrails were missing parts due to rust, and were painted over instead; fridge wasn't working properly; freezer didn't work at all;
- the hotel do not have private parking places, and the public places are very limited
