Pros:

La chica de pelo cortito de recepción y el chico del restaurante de uñas pintadas fueron muy amables. El resto, vergonzoso. Un despropósito de hotel

Cons:

Habitación con la puerta rota, no había agua caliente, estuvo toda la noche saliendo agua y haciendo el correspondiente ruido, techo desconchado con cachos colgando, cortinas que parecían harapos. Y vistas a unas plantas cuando indicaba que eran vistas idílicas. Te hacen firmar un papel de exoneracion de responsabilidad cuando el hotel está hecho trizas.Y para rematar, se supone que te regalan 15$ para comida o bebida y cuando llegas al hotel te dicen que tienes que consumir un mínimo de 50$,por tanto, publicidad engañosa. El peor hotel en el que me he alojado en el mes que llevo viajando por Costa Rica

La habitacion no servia el tv y no cerraba la llave de paso del.baño. nos cambiaron de cuarto y nos pasaron a la habitacion 210 la cual apenas empezo a llover se nos innudo xq tienen una canoa mala a la par de la habitacion lo que hizo que se metiera todo el agua al cuarto
