Hotel con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buenísima, las habitaciones son amplias y la cama es muy cómoda.

Cons:

Esta vez me tocó una habitación con un baño muy pequeño, con mala cobertura de wifi y ya es hora que reparen el gimnasio.

Fine place in a great location
Pros:

Location is excellent, in a very centric area full of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Just in front of the hotel there is a metrobus stop, so you can move around easily. The hotel was ok, and the room was simple but nice. It is obvious that the place is reaching the time where it needs remodeling, but it was OK.

Cons:

It was weird that a hotel of this level has no bar.

Hoy no pase al restaurante ( porque vine a una cita médica). en otras ocasiones si he pasado y tienen muy buen servicio en sus tres horarios

Bien ubicado, algo caro por la calidad de los servicios
Pros:

El desayuno bien, utilizamos a la carta ya que no es nuestra costumbre comer tanto por la mañana, debería haber algunas opciones de panificados libres de gluten. La cena esta bien precio calidad, el vino es muy caro. El personal que atiende el bar, excelente. El personal habitual del front desk, de buenos modos pero desconoce datos básicos (donde cambiar dinero, horario bancario, etc.).

Cons:

Nos asignaron la habitación 105 que es "compartida" con la 104 y solo la separa una puerta. Nos quejamos ya que alojaron gente en la 104 que hacia mucho ruido, hablaban en alto volumen en la noche y se escuchaba nítidamente todo lo que "hacían", pasaba luz por debajo de la puerta, etc. lo cual fue muy desagradable. Pedimos otra habitación al ingresar pero nos comentaron que no había disponibilidad. Días después, cambiaron los huéspedes y nos ofrecieron cambiarla pero ya era complicado recoger todo por lo que quedaba de estadía.
