Misleading advertising, poor cleanliness, and a very disappointing experience overall.
Pros:

The location was reasonably convenient for getting around Frankfurt, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay.

Cons:

The room was completely different from what was advertised on Booking.com. The photos on the listing were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the room we received. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and lacked the standard shown in the pictures. We also found insects in the bathroom, which was unacceptable, and the bed did not appear properly cleaned. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were far below expectations.

Cons:

De junkies op straat, te spuiten totaan de voordeur van het hotel. De kamer had een extreem rokende geur, sanitair was defect of hing los, geen airco (32 graden), personeel nors en wantrouwend, elke dag zelf om nieuwe handdoeken moeten vragen enz. Schandalig dat dit 'hotel' aangeboden wordt door Booking.com!

Sehr schlecht verdient es gar nicht bei Booking zu sein

Unanständiges Personal in der schlimmste Strasse Jankis Drogendealer.Sauberkeit eine Katastrophe wollte es gar nicht wahrhaben, obwohl wir alle Bilder hatten als Beweis wollte uns die Stornierung nicht annehmen. Wir sollen das mit Booking machen… natürlich sind wir aus diesem Hotel sofort gegangen mussten aber trotzdem alles bezahlen!Bilder habe ich noch viel mehr.

Preisgünstiges Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen die das Bahnhofsviertel hat.
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war im 5 Stock. Es war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Bett war ein Doppelbett und sehr bequem - habe selten eine so gute Matratze gehabt. Das Fenster war zum Innenhof und daher auch sehr Leise. Personal war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich trotz der Probleme des Bahnhofsviertels, wie Obdachlosigkeit, Betteln usw sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zeigt altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren und der Aufzug funktionierte manchmal nicht. Eigentlich könnte das Zimmer auch renoviert werden. Da das ganze Hotel aber nur 25 Zimmer hat ist es auch eine Geldfrage. Die Fotos auf der homepage und auf Booking.com sind nicht zutreffend. Es gibt auch keinen Frühstücksraum mehr.
Die Straße war wegen Bauarbeiten abgesperrt, sodass die Menschen nur einen engen Bürgersteig hatten wo sie sich aufhalten können.
Aufgrund der Lage, würde ich es alleinreisenden Frauen eher nicht empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war verdreckt, die Fensterbank mit Brandfecken von Zigarettenkippen übersäht. Fluchtwege mit Matrazen zugesperrt, offene Stromkabel, offene Steckdosenkabel, subjektives Sicherheitsempfinden gleich null. Matraze durchgelegen. Die Bilder stimmen in keinster Weise mit dem Realität überein. Hier werde ich nie wieder übernachten. Kleine Silberfische auf dem Fussboden. Ich bin dann ausgecheckt und habe mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Never ever.
