Excellent séjour dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans une rue calme et proche de la vieille ville. La salle de sport très disponible est un vrai plus.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu encombrée et donc un peu petite. L'air conditionnée est un peu bruyante mais peu nécessaire au vu du climat.

Great hotel!
Pros:

We love this hotel and have stayed here on all our trips to Edinburgh. It’s a lovely hotel, quiet, but easy to walk to everything!

Potrebbero decisamente fare meglio.
Pros:

Colazione ottima, letto comodo, bagno grande. Ragazzo del check-out disponibile e cortese. Posizione perfetta in centro.

Cons:

WC sporco di c**** che faceva capire che il bagno era stato pulito in modo approssimativo. Hanno pulito e non si sono neanche scusati, terribile. Ragazze al check in davvero antipatiche e arroganti. Sembrava dessi loro fastidio solo nel chiedere un'informazione. Mi hanno addebitato 2 volte il costo della camera (con booking e con il loro check in), problema per fortuna poi risolto grazie al meraviglioso ragazzo della mattina seguente. In tutta la Scozia ci hanno fornito adattatori per l'iphone, qui devi pagarlo 6 sterline e trovo che per un 4 stelle in centro sia una cosa senza senso.

Très satisfaisant : un beau cadeau d'anniversaire pour mon compagnon qui fêtait ses 70 ans
Pros:

Nous avons demandé une chambre à deux lits mais tout était complet. Après la 1ère nuit, on nous a fait un énorme cadeau en nous offrant une chambre en "up grade" avec deux lits sans supplément de prix. MERCI infiniment.

Cons:

Notre problème a communiquer car parlant très peu et mal l'anglais, heureusement que l'une de vos collaboratrice parlait un peu le français et nous avons pu être compris.
