The room was very comfortable
Marks on the walls
It was a short walk to the supermarket and a cafe
Very clean and tidy and well maintained - Staff were fantastic and were very helpful
Facilities were outdated but were still maintained and kept up to a high standard
Price, quality
When we arrived, there was a used/dirty mug in the kitchen sink, and the sanitary seal was missing from the toilet and on the floor
Clean, well located
There was no toaster and the supplies like cutlery and glass were were limited and didn't match the number if people staying in the room
The staff where friendly and helpful
The toilet played up and the elevator wouldn’t work all the time giving the risk of being locked in
Easy to find.
The bed was broken, the mattress was rock hard and dropped in the middle, Only one flimsy pillow each on the beds.
The room was like an ice box, had to run the heater full ball, and still couldn't warm the room up, no other rooms available so couldn't be moved to one without a broken bed. Short staffed at reception, so had to wait ages to be served because there was only one staff member and dozens of people needing assistance, hotel was at capacity but still only one staff member who was doing her best but was inundated. Lift was broken. Very dim lights in room.
Friendly staff; good location; comfy bed and whole room and venue very clean.
There’s a problem with the shower in our room. The drain could not handle the water coming out of the rosette so we had a minor flood in the bathroom. Once we realised the problem, we used less water than we would usually enjoy. This solved the problem which we have reported to staff. Hopefully, it is being fixed as I type.
Off-street parking, adjacent to suburban shopping centre, easy access to city and arterial roads, bed was comfortable.
The accommodation felt tired and dated, would benefit from a total refurbishment. Carpet looked like original from the 1970s. Bathroom fogged up significantly.
