Overall, I will stay here again as long as the rate is reasonable and I am in the Main Tower.
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast. I ate scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and a pancake. Also, enjoyed the coffee and juice. The hours are great. The valet employees were very respectful, kind and considerate. For some reason, I was on their list with my first name as my last and vice versa which they didn't find me at first. Reservation was made online.

Cons:

I was given a handicapped room at the end of a dark hallway. I did not feel safe nor felt comfortable using the shower as it was very low to be expected for a handicap person which I am not. Fortunately, the front desk gave me a different room in a well lit hallway by the elevators. Thank you!

Wonderful location, view and room with a kind staff experience.
Pros:

I appreciated the checkin lady finding us a room high up with a view for my kiddoes. She even upgraded us to a queen suite which was wonderful for our situation!

Cons:

The food was of great value, but maybe. A few healthier options would be nice.

I enjoyed our stay at Drury Hotel and love to come back!
Pros:

Love the breakfast and the dinner selections. Customer service was wonderful. Everyone who worked there had a smile and was very helpful 😊

Cons:

All the room had different features and amenities. Wish that our room had a big fridge and kitchennett. Perhaps on another stay, we will request for that type of room. Would also liked the swimming pool time to extend for 11pm instead of 10pm. We came back from our event and only had an hour to the pool. Other than that, I enjoyed the 1st time stay at Drury Hotel.
