Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and will return.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly. The food provided by the hotel on Friday evening was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The halls on the 14th floor was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and the floors were stained very badly.

La ubicación al lado del river walk un cajero wells fargo al lado del hotel asi cono CVS pharmacy ,whataburger para la media noche jiji la comodidad-la limpieza-la vista en la alberca-en si las vistas que tiene por todo su hotel-la decoración.

Cons:

Los elevadores llenos siempre ocupados y muchísimo tiempo de esperar el coche en el valet parking. Claro cabe mencionar era fin de semana.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice. They had free breakfast and free dinner/drinks every night. It's also right on the Riverwalk with super easy access. The rooftop pool was awesome and my kids loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
