El elevador es una broma, te puedes tardar hasta 40 min en bajar, en general el hotel necesita un upgrade completo, lo unico bueno es su ubicacion que esta enseguida del riverwalk, yo preferí cancelar mis días que quedarme ahi mas noches, el parking es tardado , la comida no es buena, las albercas son muy pequeñas y llenas de gente no se ve muy limpio el lugar, ya queríamos salir al otro dia.

The hotel was dog friendly, but there really was no place to walk your dog except along the river

It was right on the Riverwalk and the heart of San Antonio

Cons:

When we arrived, you cannot park your own car and the attendance said our car was too big on F250 and so we had to find optional parking on our own, even though their advertising said that size vehicle was permitted

One night with a dog
Pros:

Overall state was really good. Traveling with dog nowhere really right next to the hotel for them to go to the restroom had to walk to the Riverwalk by the Westin to find a patch of grass.. around checkout elevators and stairs will get pretty busy

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Extras offered were nice. 3 free drinks with dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Cons:

There were zero towels available in the pool area. I called requesting some and was hung up on 2 times. Got through to them and they apologized and said they would send some up right away. 25 minutes later they still hadn’t brought any.

THE VALET WRECKED OUR CAR!
Pros:

The valet wrecked our car! We were not notified of any incident and when the car was brought to us on our checkout day the whole front fender, tire and door was damaged. We had to bring it to their attention and make an insurance claim with the hotel.
