I didn’t find the room available and was kicked out from the hotel after long trip

After long trip from Houston to San Antonio , they told me there is no available room although it was confirmed from the booking and hotel

Always a wonderful experience!
Pros:

We always enjoy our stay here. We were celebrating my 70th birthday. The hotel was my choice because it always feels like we are welcome and appreciated.

Cons:

We didn't arrive in time to enjoy a drink or any snacks, so I wish the Kickback time could be longer. Our fault we didn't get there.
