Hotel con muy buena ubicación, para poder visitar la ciudad sin usar transporte público
Pros:

La ubicación, junto al Puente de Carlos, en la calle Karlova.
La disponibilidad de armarios, cajones y caja fuerte

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación y la falta de espacio para guardar las maletas.
Los muebles eran muy antiguos

Ze waren aan het verbouwen, de ingang van onze kamer was buitenlangs een poort door, daar werd verbouwd dus was een bouwput, daar door een hek en nog een deur en daar waren nog 4 kamers van het hotel. Zag er verder goed uit, maar had veel geld betaald en vlat dan toch tegen als je door zo`n bouwput moet elke keer. Verder wel een mooi oud gebouw en ik snep dat daar onderhoud voor nodig is, maar verhuur de kamers dan niet ofzo.

Pur essendo in una posizione comodissima i difetti sono molto più dei pregi.

La vicinanza al ponte Carlo e la colazione

Cons:

La struttura ha un ristorante sulla strada sotto le finestre dell’hotel e fino a notte fonda c’era musica, impossibile dormire.
La struttura mi aveva addebitato 33€ in più di quanto stabilito con booking.
I pulsanti dell’abat hour non erano raggiungibili dal letto.
C’erano prese per la ricarica del cellulare vicino al letto ma non funzionavano, solo una sulla parete di fronte al letto.
Non c’è ascensore.

Mudança de hotel devido a problemas com o reservado. Mudança para outro hotel do grupo e oferta de upgrade. Localização menos interessante. Pequeno almoço muito pobre

jednání personálu...pan recepční by se měl zamyslet nad svým chováním a jednáním...upřímně se divím, že kolegyně tento hotel neopustila, já bych se zde bála přespat (bez klíčů v zámku určitě)

Fantastisk beliggenhed og Fantastisk personale. Faciliteter på hotellet var rigtig gode. God restaurant

Det eneste minus var at man skulle tage brusebad i et meget højt badekar som det var sværte at komme op i.

Soddisfatto. Ottimo e disponibile lo staff.
Pros:

Ottima colazione. Posizione centralissima. Camera molto bella e di medie proporzioni ma che era resa stretta dalle due poltrone e il tavolo tondo che limitavano il movimento e non consente la presenza di una panca su cui poggiare le valige.

Ho avuto un problema per il conto, mi hanno addebitato 33€ in più di quanto stabilito con Booking

La posizione è ottima vicino al ponte Carlo e la colazione discreta. Il palazzo è d'epoca e l''ascensore non esiste, bisogna fare le scale e i gradini sono in discesa, bisogna stare molto attenti.

Cons:

La strada è pedonale e l'hotel ha ristorante e bar sul marciapiede sotto le finestre delle stanze e c'è musica e chiasso fino a tarda notte, impossibile dormire. L'interruttore per l'abat-jour non è a portata di braccio, per accenderla bisogna alzarsi dal letto.

Well located but challenging for seniors due to lack of elevator and A/C
Pros:

Room in old house with beautiful painted ceiling and older furniture. Well located near 50 yards from the Charles Bridge. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No elevator is a challenge for seniors like us. No A/C can make uncomfortable in warms days as we have experienced. No noise protection windows (due to city regulations) make nights very noisy due to the 24/7 tourists movement around this area.
