La habitación estaba bien
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis akzeptabel. Zimmer war sauber und Frühstück ok. Lage war nicht schlecht bzw. nicht weit entfernt von einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es en el centro De Santiago. Se puede cambiar fácilmente a los sitios de interés turístico.
Las habitaciones son un poco oscuras en las noches, pueden mejorar la iluminación.
Internet. Pesimo.
La comodidad de las habitaciones y la limpieza. El desayuno buffet es de muy buena calidad y el personal muy amable.
La ubicación, se encuentra en un sector céntrico complicado en la noche pero útil para realizar trámites en el día

Destaco especialmente la calidad de las instalaciones, su estándar de limpieza y el nivel del servicio de desayuno, aspectos que reflejan la preocupación del Hotel y su personal
Asimismo, valoro de manera particular la decisión del hotel de integrarse activamente al circuito urbano del centro de Santiago, contribuyendo a su recuperación, dinamismo y oferta. Este esfuerzo adquiere mayor relevancia considerando el contexto actual de deterioro del entorno, asociado a diversas incivilidades, lo que realza aún más el compromiso del establecimiento con su entorno inmediato.
El cobro por uso de estacionamiento. Una rebaja de un 50% resultaria atractivo, particularmente para quienes viajan fuera de Santiago
