Localização, atendimento, café da manhã sensacional, quarto com otimo bloqueio de luz e silencioso (sem barulho externo dos quartos e ruas)
Apesar da suíte não ter aquecimento, disponibilizaram um aquecedor a óleo que nos atendeu perfeitamente, deixando o quarto bem confortável mesmo sendo uma noite fria (13°C externo).

Personal muy amable. Excelente ubicación (frente a la estación de metro Consolacion). Habitación amplia e isonorizada (nos dieron piso 4 frente a la Av. Paulista y la verdad no se escuchaba nada)
Sólo tome un dia el desayuno y fue normal. No deficiente pero no del nivel de un hotel de esta categoría.
La cama no es mala pero no es lo suficiente comoda.
Me hubiera gustado que el aire acondicionado enfriara mas.

Hotel confortável, funcionários simpáticos e excelente café da manhã.
Location is good! Everything walking distance and right in front of the subway station.
They gave us a dirty bathroom - poop and blood stains near the toilet. We asked to change it, in the beginning they had an attitude and were absolutely non apologetic about giving us a bathroom that was dirty, like it’s normal to give a room that has blood and poop stains to a guest. Then they changed it but part of front desk personal needs proper training to deal with guests
