Fine on a tight budget but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed me to check in early and gave me a larger room than what I’d booked. Location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the beach and bus stops.

Cons:

This property is in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom had cracked tiles, a cracked sink, and the shower looked moldy. The mattresses were old and worn out. The kitchenette was also falling apart. It’s fine if you’re traveling on a tight budget and not planning to spend much time in the room, but the condition was much worse than how it appears in the photos. I also didn’t like that there is a cannabis dispensary next to the hotel entrance.

Pros:

This hotel is about the location and value. The rooms are clean but what you would expect from an older hotel and reflected in the cost per night.

Great pricing, location, and facilities.
Pros:

I planned this trip last minute, and the property accommodated best for me because of their pricing. The location is great, plenty of restaurants close by and the beach is pretty close. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to park my vehicle at the property with an extra charge. Staff let me check out later than my original time, and they were able to hold my luggage for me until it was time for my flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re trying to stay at a certain budget but still stay at a nice place.

Location, location, location! It is literally 2 to 5 minutes from everything!!!

Cons:

No indoor pool or complementary breakfast! Overall, I will give this hotel at eight out of 10. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re clean and I definitely felt comfortable and safe!

Unless they have much improved quality of maintenance and neighborhood would not stay there.
Pros:

Proximity to beach and fairly quiet being in an an alley rather than a Main Street, however, maintenance in the room was poor. Street/alley in front entrance was trashy and had drug addicts zonked out day and night around entrance. Hotel should put way more effort keeping street neat and clean with nice landscaping to attract visitors. All hotels and residents on the street should get together to upgrade area.
