Hotel dość stary i podniszczony, pokoje duże z aneksem kuchennym i balkonem. Hotel dla mało wymagających. Obsługa gdy pralka i suszatka nie działały była bezradna. Świetna lokalizacja, 3-4 minuty od plaży Waikiki. Mimo wad za taką cenę warto.

Na pierwszy rzut oka hotel wygląda na taki, który czasy świetności ma dawno za sobą. Ale pokoje są bardzo czyste i w pełni wyposażone. Ogólnie bardzo dobre wrażenie, także wróciłabym na pewno do tego hotelu.

The staff are extremely friendly, the place was clean, and the location is great. Kazy from front desk was absolutely great. He helped us with everything and beyond, and give local recommendations. Customer service the way it should be. Very happy with my experience.

Struttura molto carina in stile ‘motel’, ma arricchita da esposizione di interessanti pannelli e oggetti su storia, natura e cultura delle Hawaii. Buona posizione vicino all’aeroporto. Staff molto gentile.

Terribile, sporco, con gli scarafaggi e puzzolente.

La posizione era buona e c’erano le lavatrici disponibili ma troppo datate e poco performanti.

Cons:

La struttura era molto sporca, puzzava nonostante spruzzassimo ogni giorno il deodorante per ambienti e la stanza era infestata dagli scarafaggi. Ho contattato l’assistenza clienti di Booking ma nonostante 4 richieste di rimborso e la chiamata, nulla è mai arrivato e siamo stati costretti a rimanere lì per l’intero soggiorno. Quando ho rappresentato alla reception l’esistenza degli scarafaggi mi hanno detto che era normale e che se volevo mi facevano una pulizia extra o mi cambiavano la stanza (senza assicurarmi però che la situazione sarebbe migliorata). Ho deciso per la pulizia approfondita della stanza: peccato che, tornati in stanza, ne abbiamo trovati altri 3 sul tavolo. Oltre 20 scarafaggi in 5 giorni NON SONO NORMALI! Non lo raccomanderei a nessuno. Come se non bastasse, dal balcone della stanza di sopra c’era una perenne perdita di acqua causata probabilmente dall’uso del condizionatore, che rendeva invivibile anche l’uso del balconcino.
