Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability. All parking is first come, first served. Oversize vehicles are not permitted. Oversize vehicles are considered any vehicle over 6 ft tall and/or exceeding the width or length of a standard parking stall.

Enjoyed our adventures in Waikiki
Pros:

We liked the proximity to the beach and shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The kitchenette was very poor and under equiped for cooking anything that needed preparation. We had to ask for cuttlery as there was not even two spoons or knives. Forget having a glass.

空港までやアラモアナに行くバス停がとても近くて便利でした。
ツインの部屋でしたが広さがあってよかった。

A Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Everything about the Hotel Ewa was great. The price is good, the location wonderful and the staff friendly and efficient.
The room has a stove, microwave and icebox. With bathtub, shower and s view of the ocean. What more do you need?
I stayed there longer than a month. It never disappointed me. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great time.

Last minute booking!
Pros:

Location has less options for good, quick bites. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel is older and has an odor. Do not leave any food out. There are bugs. Price is the least expensive for last minute booking.

This was odd and frustrating
Pros:

I booked a hotel room for one night to come to town and have a safe place to sleep after a night out with friends. Days prior to my stay, I realized I did not have a reservation confirmation in my email. I called the hotel. The hotel denied having any reservation in my name or assocaited with my phone number/email. They told me I had to rebooked the hotel room. Therefore, I did. When I arrived for my check-in, I was told that they had two nonrefundable reservations in my name and that I would be charged for both rooms despite the circumstances. I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the matter. The female at the front desk told me she was the manager, which did not seem accurate but I felt I had not other option at that point.

I was provided only one room and they never gave me the keys or information about the other room they had booked for me. They refused to give me a refund. I am continuing to try to get my money back and I hope that the hotel will admit they messed up at some point!

The room was not updated, but it was large and clean. The staff were otherwise friendly.
