Great beachfront hotel near to main seafront and beach, lovely staff and breakfast
Pros:

Staff great, alloed meet to park early despite room not being ready, spoke good English . Room great size, Seaview, excellent breakfast and near to seafront restaurants

Cons:

Minor point television didn't work but I wasn't there for that's, no other issues all good

The location was great, stay was as expected. Wouldn’t stay there for longer than 2-3 days. Good place to take trips from. Good parking

Superbe vue sur la mer , très belle chambre confortable, bon positionnement aussi bien pour se promener sur le port que pour partir faire les différentes visites, parking facile d'accès

Posizione e parcheggio

Cons:

Staff inospitale e scortese.La camera non rispettava le aspettative ed i servizi preventivamente pagati e non forniti.
Finestra del bagno con sfogo sul balcone della camera confinante,che non permetteva l'apertura della stessa.zero privacy.
Lavori di ristrutturazione nella zona piscina e bar che non permetteva relax e riposo ,ad orari non consoni.
Canali tv satellitari non presenti tolta la rai.
Nessuno si è interessato a risolvere i problemi.

colazione non da hotel 4 stelle, nessun prodotto tipico siciliano ma tutti cornetti piccoli industriali vuoti, frutta mezza marcia e un buffet non di qualità......ma soprattutto i lavori di manutenzione straordinaria nella zona relax fastidioso taglio piastrelle demolizioni impasto cemento ecc ecc lavori da fare non in questo periodo l.......deludente

Vista mare eccezionale

Cons:

Toilette giudizio negativo (molto piccola - finestra che dava sulla terrazza della camera adiacente); camera buona ma con scarsa luce; da manutenzionare il terrazzo.
Cena poco appetibile.

Essendo con la stessa reception collegate due strutture, una a tre stelle ed una a quattro stelle, per il tipo di camera che mi è stata assegnata, rimane il dubbio se pagando per il quattro stelle la camera fosse del tre stelle

-Notre chambre : on nous a donnés la 514, au dernier étage d’une annexe avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et l’Etna.
