muy completo , aunque algunos dias había mas cosas que otro

Cons:

lo que no nos gustó es que decían de obsequiarnos con fruta en la habitacíon y solo vimos una botella de agua y tres galletas, me pareció riduculo.

Situation exceptionnelle et une gentillesse et un professionnalisme extraordinaire du personnel, que ce soit à l’accueil, aux restaurants, aux services d’étage !! Tout le monde se plie en quatre pour vous rendre le séjour agréable! Nous sommes ravis ! Nous recommandons vivement !!

Overall, a great experience, but the housekeeping management could be better.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful , and the view is absolutely stunning!
I would like to highlight the breakfast, which was great, and the staff were all very kind. A special thank you to Wafaa at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

disappointed with the housekeeping service. They never came to clean the room automatically; I had to specifically request it every time. It was quite frustrating to leave the room empty all day, only to have them arrive exactly at the moment I returned and wanted to rest. This aspect definitely needs improvement

Pros:

excellent assortiment, beaucoup de choix . Idéale pour une famille . de plus on pouvait découvrir des spécialité du pays. il allie modernité et tradition.

La piscina y el ambiente parecen un oasis en medio de la ciudad. El trato personal, desde Chayma y compañeros en recepción, a Ahd en desayunos, con el chico tan amable de la piscina, y los de la cafetería (no recuerdo más nombres, lo siento), incluyendo el personal de limpieza. Entre todos, han contribuído a una estancia fantástica. Muchas gracias!

Prima hotel op prima locatie
Pros:

Goed gelegen ten opzichte van de medina, buiten de drukte aan de boulevard. Alles op redelijke loopafstand. Prettig zwembad. Veel leuke eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving.

Cons:

Het inchecken duurde erg lang. Maar de manager putte zich uit in excuses en bracht uiteindelijk hoogst persoonlijk onze koffers naar de kamer.
