Pros:

It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and let us check in slightly early after our long flight from Perth, Australia.

Cons:

The weather was warm when we stayed and the rooms were quite hot.

Horrible experience in Lille.
Pros:

The location was near to the train station and our conference venue. Hence we had booked this.

Cons:

It was not clean. Staff was unfriendly and not professional. Knowing there is a heatwave we asked for fan in our room when we checked in they said they can't provide us any and we will have to come next day at 11 AM for it. There was some work doing with the water system they didn't inform us and water stopped completely. When we went and asked the reception they were indifferent and not at all apologetic. The rooms were not clean. My friend had left her airpod on the bed. And when we went to ask about it they refused that there was any airpods in the room. As it's apple we could easily see that it was still in the location. There was no point arguing as they were very indifferent.

J'ai choisis cet établissement sur internet pour le choix de 2 chambres avec des lits simples. Et le personnel n'a pas été capable de mettre à disposition 2 chambres avec lits simples mais nous avons eu 1 chambre lit double + 1 seule chambre 2 lits simples. et le comble est que j'ai du faire faire 4 A-R dans des apparts pour savoir s'il y avait des 4 lits simples. Le personnel n'était pas en capacité de savoir la constitution des apparts et on m'a dit "ce n'est pas nous qui faisons les sites internet"!!!
Dormir dans le même lit qu'une collègue n'était pas au programme initial de cette réservation...

Pros:

位置好，离里尔欧洲火车站很近，走路从商场内穿过去几分钟就到了，楼下隔壁就是家乐福超市，走几分钟就到公交站，房间空间适中，卫生间大，干净整洁。

Cons:

没有空调，晚上热，入睡困难。

Disappointing experience
Pros:

The location was good, close to the train stations and just by the huge Westfield shopping mall which is great for shopping

Cons:

The ventilation was poor. There were no ACs and even fans were being rationed in the middle of a heatwave. It was an unpleasant experience, I had to go book a night in another hotel to get a good sleep
