Pros:

Très bonne entre les 2 gares pour une nuit en transit.
Prix démocratiques.
Equipements parfaits pour petits budgets si on veut manger dans le studio.
Facilité d'accès, et bonne indicationnpar mail.
Personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Aspect un peu sombre et couleurs au murs et mobiliers un peu fade et tristounettes.

Emplacement, hotel securise, bonne literie

Cons:

Austerite du mobilier, impression de loger en chambre universitaire, abord de la residence sale, jonche de Megots et un peu plus loin de dechets mais cela n est pas a impute a la residence hoteliere, sauf que pour les megots un coup de balai devrait etre effectue et mettre une poubelle pour les deposer

Prima voor een doorreis
Pros:

De locatie. Tegen het winkelcentrum aan en vlakbij de snelweg.

Cons:

Kamer was erg warm, slaapbank was waardeloos, schimmel in de douche. Laten we zeggen dat de kamer er op de foto's beter uit zag dan in het echt. Bruine aanslag in het toilet.

Super emplacement pour découvrir le centre ville de Lille.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour notre séjour, l'appart était bien équipé nous avons pu nous y préparer un repas et c'était suffisamment spacieux pour 4 sans se gêner

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas testé les petits déjeuners donc on ne peut pas donner notre avis, pour le reste, tout était impeccable

Logement près de la gare mais pas au centre-ville. Flexibilité dans l'heure d'arrivée. Rapport qualité-prix correct.

Cons:

Pas de stationnement possible gratuit à proximité (et les places sont très chères). Equipement de l'appartement basique mais fonctionnel. Etat vétuste (murs et sols abimés).
