The receptionist on duty when we arrived wasn’t very helpful, we had to ask about check out,
Pros:

The location was adequate for our needs.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely dated, however they met our needs and were exceptionally clean.
The food was very basic but when you’re hungry it did the job.

It was handy for the location but the overall state of the rooms was very poor.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and the room was very quiet.

Cons:

My daughters bed was filthy. The sheets were stained and there were short hairs on her bed. The beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable to the point you could feel the individual springs.

Efficient staff in check in

Cons:

The air conditioning was broken, weird stains on the walls and amenities that hadn’t been updated in 20 plus years.

Pros:

staff very nice.

Cons:

smelled of cigarette smoke in corridors of the rooms. Rooms smelled of bleach. looked bab / questionable from outside but the reception area and bar area ect.. looked good once inside.
