Hotel room was clean and well maintained

Cons:

Staff assistance was okay but needs improvement. Spent over 40mins at the counter, ringing the bell there and waiting on staff to respond. Had to walk off when I got tired of waiting.

Cons:

De toilet spoelde niet goed door. Verschillende keren gemeld niks aan gedaan. De kamer totaal was verouderd. Klein 2 persoonsbed. Leek wel een twijfelaar. Ook ontbijt genomen eerst 1 dag om te kijken of het wat was. Ze hadden Bijna alles gesloten.

Bad horrible experience which i wish not to experience again cause I am never going to book this hotel again

Cons:

The fact that the rooms was smelling so bad I’m not sure the carpets gets to get clean.

Windows wasn’t open, Air Conditioning was not working.
Towels wasn’t clean had brown colours all over it worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Pros:

the property literally isn’t what we expected its better , the outside is rough but inside isn’t bad, scrubbed up quite well in the rooms.

Cons:

The constant shouting from other rooms, and banging for the past 2 nights we have stayed here, the beds were also like concrete slabs, and there is only 2 plug sockets no where near the bed and flies in the bed

Very convienient for visiting a sick relative at the bolton hospital,very efficient checkin staff very pleasant
