La vue depuis l’hôtel, le calme de l’hôtel
L’hôtel était très joli , bien décoré et la chambre super sympa ! La vue est belle et l’eau magnifique même si ….
Grosse déception avec deux immenses constructions de club vacances juste en face de l’hôtel dans cette si jolie crique ….. vraiment dommage….. que la côte n’ai pas été préservée de ce côté alors que notre hôtel ne fait pas plus de deux étages . Et service en salle pour le restaurant catastrophique sur toute la semaine ! Personnel gentil mais pas compétent malheureusement ( beaucoup ne parle même pas anglais !) incompréhensible demi pension avec boissons payantes même l’eau …. Plats bons mais peu de choix … A 2700€ la semaine ça pique vraiment !!! Du coup c’est un gros moins sur ce point . Buffet petit dej très bien en revanche .
Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage nahe am Meer. Sehr sauber, mit entspannter Atmosphäre und einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl an frischen Brötchen, Säften und vielem mehr. Besonders positiv: Bei Halbpension können zusätzliche À-la-carte-Gerichte wie Omeletts, Rührei oder Birchermüesli bestellt werden.
Lediglich die Zimmerreinigung könnte gründlicher sein, und die Verständigung mit dem Reinigungspersonal auf Englisch war teilweise schwierig.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Unser Eindruck ist, dass seitens der Betreiber in den letzten Jahren zu wenig investiert wurde. Zustand, Angebot und Gesamtqualität standen für uns leider in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht das Hotel nicht dem 4-Sterne-Standard, den wir aufgrund von Preis und Beschreibung erwartet hätten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt deshalb vorzeitig beendet und sind in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt – zum vergleichbaren Preis, aber mit dem von uns erwarteten Qualitätsniveau.
Top Lage und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal! Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Am Abreisetag litt meine Freundin an einer Lebensmittelvergiftung und war zum Zeitpunkt des regulären Check-Outs nicht reisefähig.. uns wurde sofort angeboten länger im Zimmer zu bleiben und nach Rücksprache mit der Managerin ein Aufenthalt bis zum Abend ohne Aufpreis ermöglicht. Selten so hilfsbereites Personal und kulantes Management erlebt!

Staff so friendly making us feel welcomed. They even prepare the breakfast for us at 4am!! Highly recommend.
Comfortable and clean rooms with beautiful views, great location just a short walk down to the beach, high quality breakfast, and the most wonderful and welcoming staff. From check in to departure they helped us with all our questions, dinner reservations and always made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for making our trip special. We highly recommend.

El hotel no tiene aislamiento , se escucha todo , las puertas son de corcho . Le falta mantenimiento . Yo creo que es más un 3 estrellas . Lo peor fueron los malos modos del camarero de los desayunos , quejándose de su ciática y de que había muchas mesas que atender , y tb la otra chica rubia que no es española , muy borde si le pedías la carta te decía de malas maneras que ya te la llevaba ella ..... el desayuno escaso y cutre . Lo único bueno que tiene es su situación pero la bajada a la playa estaba todo fatal , lleno de hierbas , sin mantenimiento , faltan baldosas , todo muy cutre . Super caro para lo que es . Tienen que invertir en mejorar y renovar .

I’m sorry for the late review, but I absolutely have to give this hotel a 1000% positive rating! The hotel was very quiet, and even on rainy days, the view from the restaurant by the window was incredibly beautiful. Most importantly, the service here was the best experience of my entire trip!
My friend and I arrived by rental car, but the next day the car battery died. We called roadside assistance, but because of the language barrier, they had trouble finding us and were delayed for a long time. So we asked the hotel staff for help. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. They first tried to fix the problem themselves, and although they couldn’t solve it in the end, they invited us to wait comfortably inside the hotel and helped communicate with the roadside assistance team in Spanish, making sure they found our exact location. Eventually, the car was fixed thanks to their help.
We left in such a hurry that we didn’t properly thank them at the time, so I really want to express my gratitude here. Thank you so much for your kindness and support! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone, because this is truly a hotel with warmth and heart.
