Un hôtel 5 étoiles bien méritées pour le prix d’un trois étoiles français
Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel pour nous aider à tous points de vue . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est top niveau et avec notre chambre au 26 eme étage nous avons eu accès gratuitement au club à 13h puis à 18h qui nous a permis de sauter les repas du midi et du soir

Very nice hotel, close to everything like the bund, Nanjing road. The room are clean and spacious. Will be back again.

High standard hotel with low quality of staff
Pros:

The comfortable bed and pillows.
Shanghai Train Station is very close by (5 min walking) for connecting trains to other cities.

Cons:

Staff in the reception spoke the absolutely needed English to check-in, in the restaurant the waiters did speak no English, concierge the best of all.Reception not very helpful.The inside pool was only via lobby reachable, long walk from one to other side, from one to other elevator and not very welcoming pool.
The room was very noisy at night/morning due close heavy traffic highway, earplugs in the cupboard.
From the elevator to the room's very thick carpet, suitcases didn't roll at all.

The lady at the restaurant entrance should be more welcoming to customersee during breakfast service. A simple greeting or smile would improve the customer experience, and I believe this kind of gesture forms the basis of good customer service.

centrally located and easy to get around. Staff were friendly and helpful. ALLAN FENG in particular was a great help.in booking our ride to the airport.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and not enough firm pillows could be obtained.
