Öffnungsmöglichkeit der Fenster war nicht gegeben, Pool wird vom Reinigungspersonal ignoriert - wir waren ein paar Tage zuvor ebenfalls hier und es standen nach wie vor verschmutzte Becher herum und auch die Fußtacken im Freibereich wurden nicht gereinigt

Wasn’t had much choices in Perth CBD.
Pros:

We booked 3 nights for 2 bedroom apartment at this place last week.
And they refused to give us apartment even paid upfront on booking.com that by mistake booking.com overbooked their place.

There was something fishy.

Night duty manager was horrible.
For 10 minutes he didn’t even open the main doors, we arrived at 11.25 pm on Friday night.

He wasn’t behaving properly, and even suggested us to find somewhere else for next 2 nights as well.

He has 2 single apartments to accommodate us which he told us and later he refused for it and even asked to give us only one single apartment and we have to pay extra $50 for sofa bed.

So after this all mess finally we manage to get 2 separate rooms at Crown Plaza Perth.

Adina needs to investigate into this matter.


After this
We complain on Monday morning to the manager, I don’t think they will do anything as well.

Location is very good. Spacious.

Cons:

The bedroom near the door has no windows and is quite stuffy and no aircon. There is only a aircon unit in the dining area and the 2 bedrooms only fan. There is an aircon outlet in one of the rooms but can’t feel any aircon from it.

Nice rooms but not a nice location
Pros:

The fit out was well appointed and had new furniture.
The staff were nice and welcomed my sister for her birthday.

Cons:

A fire alarm went off at 3.45am in the morning which caused a full evacuation. I had to drag my 7 month old out in the cold. Wasn’t great communication and nothing done to make up for the disturbance.
Other guests made us feel uncomfortable.
The sharing of facilities with an apartment block perhaps leads to more likely to have issues with the firm alarm. The lobby area and lift area stunk.

the only thing that saves this place is the central location

Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

Bed was horrible. Basically 2 pushed together with a hump in the middle.
Evacuated at 3 in the morning with a fire alarm ,freezing cold stuck on the street and given zero information. Back inside at 4 only to have the intercom blasting again at 4.30 to say all clear. Needless to say we got next to no sleep in the end.
Ive stayed here multiple times but this time wasn't a good experience. Came home exhausted
