BEWARE very DISHONEST…!!!
Pros:

BEWARE of this company. They lie to you about parking available to secure booking then refuse refund when you arrive and they say nothing available. Was happening to other guests also while we were there. Can’t find any parking within blocks of the hotel. Absolute disgrace, I lost $1700 having to find another hotel with parking, they are dishonest thieving people at this location beware of them.

Wonderful and excellent location
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs. Right next Hay St and Murray St Mall and a short walk to Northbridge and Chinatown. It was an easy stroll through the Mall from City train station and a 10 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful
