Pros:

I really enjoy my stays at Riverplace Hampton it has become my go to for hotels downtown

Will not recommend.
Pros:

Location was no parking, Had to use valet. Breakfast was bland. room chairs were very uncomfortable, desk was set up close to air so you could not use it.

Cons:

Better room chairs. re arrange desk away from AC. Provide maps to parking and local events.
