Topverblijf, ik heb genoten!
Pros:

Beste hotel waar ik ooit ben verbleven! Zeer ruime kamer en ook mooi ingericht in de openbare zones. De gastenlounge waar je gratis koffie kon nemen vond ik echt een voordeel: heel gezellig en handig. Ontbijt was absolute luxe: niets ontbreekt. En ook het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Oprecht top.

Not worth the value and not clean, but nice bathtub and balcony
Pros:

I liked the balcony and the set up of the room. The tv by the bed was nice for a few days-like having a home theatre. Nice big bathtub (comfort +). The lounge was nice to have sparkling water (it’s in its own fountain).

Cons:

The bath and shower were not well cleaned-had hairs, dirt, gross things. The spa’s foot bath was VERY dirty. A BAD experience for handicapped person. This place fall under the too fancy so it’s too convolutedly secure. Take the stairs/escalator/elevator up one flight, then an elevator to floor 3 for the lobby, then walk across the hotel to another elevator for your room, extra doors everywhere. As an American, the split beds are stupid. I wish there was a regular queen bed with the bath at the same price point. Convenient to the Expo center and Haarlem downtown. If you want to take the bus, it’s a much longer walk to the stop than it needs to be. Overall, too expensive for what it was.

Haarlem ist eine tolle Stadt zum die Umgebung ideal zum Fahrrad fahren. Dafür ist die Lage super. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind auch schön.

A wonderful and incredibly cosy suite!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful suite with its own private sauna and whirlpool bath! The bed was enormous, with an exceptionally comfortable mattress and wonderful pillows.

The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, and every one of our requests was taken care of.

The suite also featured an electric fireplace with the gentle sound of crackling logs, which made the atmosphere even more cosy and relaxing.

Another lovely detail was that we could enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from different sides of the suite. And during sunrise, the reproduction of Girl with a Pearl Earring came alive in the most stunning colours as the morning light fell upon it. Such a beautiful little moment! :)

The breakfast was absolutely superb! There was an impressive variety of everything, with plenty to choose from. I particularly appreciated the overhead cooling system that kept the cheese and cold meat platters perfectly chilled. There was a wonderful selection of drinks and different types of milk, a pancake-making machine, freshly baked bread and an abundance of fresh fruit. Everything was beautifully presented, well stocked and thoughtfully arranged. A truly excellent breakfast experience!

Cons:

One small thing worth mentioning:

I’m not deducting any stars for this, as it’s purely a personal observation. However, light sleepers might find it a little inconvenient that the lighting in the whirlpool bath seemed to switch itself on for no apparent reason. I woke up a few times during the night just to turn off the unexpected rainbow light show! :)

Overall, a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Prima plek om Haarlem te verkennen.
Pros:

De locatie, vlakbij bushaltes en een supermarkt, vond ik fijn. De wifi was ook goed.

Cons:

Die koffielounge was niet aan mij besteed. Ik heb geen zin om daar te zitten. Ik heb liever een waterkoker op de kamer, zoals in de meeste hotels.

Erg goed en uitgebreid en ontbij. Ik wam niets tekort.

Cons:

De kamers waren netjes gepoetst maar het beddengoed was niet fris gewassen. Ik ben veranderd van kamer (van kamer 302 naar kamer 308) maar daar hing dezelfde muffe geur. Ben dan maar gebleven in deze kamer, maar heb niet goed geslapen in dit muffe bed. Ik heb de indruk dat jullie het beddengoed wel wassen, maar door de hoge energieprijzen niet warm genoeg??? Ik weet het niet. In ieder geval zal ik twee keer nadenken vooraleer ik nog boek bij Vandervalk.

Sehr schönes, gutes Hotel, das wir schon länger kennen und öfters besucht haben.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr bequeme Betten mit ausreichendem Platz

Cons:

Die Bar hat eigentlich nur Cocktails und Bier, wenig Alkoholfreies, Genever wird nur in Wassergläsern serviert, die Preise sind viel zu hoch.
Wir hatten Bekannte zum Frühstück eingeladen und gleich beim Einchecken dafür bezahlt. Sie wurden aber von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame nicht ins Restaurant gelassen, wir mussten das erst an der Rezeption klären. Die Dame hat sich dafür nicht einmal entschuldigt.

Onvriendelijke balie en helpen niets met een fout boeking

Super slecht dat kamer de ene dag twee keer zo duur is. Ik had gebeld voor een extra dag. Maar koste opeens 300 euro per nacht door een fout van personeel. Onvriendelijk geholpen. Echt schandalig dat het zo duur is

Einfach schönes Hotels
Pros:

Das Hotel ist im gesamten einfach schön aufgebaut und die Zimmer sind großzügig. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und hat freundliches Personal vorsich. Es gibt einen Kaffeebereich und einen schön Spa und Fitnessbereich.

Cons:

Kein seperater Balkon und etwas lange Laufwege zum Zimmer. Die Sauna ging nicht und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat auch nicht so richtig funktioniert.
