Excellent price and location
Pros:

Excellent amenities and friendly staff. They give you coolers, towels, and beach chairs as well! Tavita stood out to us as being extra friendly and helped us when we got locked out of our room! Definitely a steal for the price as well!

Shout out to Tevita!!
Pros:

We had booked this hotel for one night as we ended up needing a hotel in between nights; the location was a bit difficult to find considering that Kihei Rd had a closure at the entrance and the road signs can be a bit difficult to locate at times, especially at night (nothing against the hotel, more so the city layout). By the time we arrived, we were exhausted, it was late, and we were anticipating the following day being even busier. Once we located the main office, we received a very warm welcome by Tevita; he ensured any questions we had were answered and that we had a point of contact in case anything was to happen. Tevita also let us know that our room had been upgraded for the night which was greatly appreciated. We weren’t sure what to expect of the room, but once we entered we were pleasantly surprised: the room was very clean, had a very open layout, modern decor; the bathroom also had some nice features and was also clean. The room contained as well a microwave, minifridge, and coffee maker; a small bench/sofa, an A/C unit, and an overhead fan with adjustable settings. That’s not even getting into the proximity of the hotel and the beach. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach; leave the room, cross the street, and you’re there! Beautiful sunrise, beautiful scenery, and just a very peaceful place. Unfortunately did not get any photos of the interior, as we made ourselves at home fairly quickly that night, but the interior was also beautiful. Would definitely stay again. If you happen to go, give my boi Tevita a shout out 🙌

A pleasant stay in Kihei.
Pros:

The bed, pillows, and sheets were clean and comfortable. The wifi and television worked well. The hot water was hot. The walk to the beach was short.

Cons:

The beach access was under construction, but beach access was available to the south.

I would stay here again due to great value/cost.
Pros:

I liked the fact that I got email alerts with reminders, easy online check in, and check outs. The staff was very friendly. Property was easy to find with ample parking. Beds were comfy. Easy to reserve with booking.com

Cons:

A little bit run down. Could use a bit of maintenance/renovations but the place served its purpose as a comfortable place to stay.

Nie zdecydowałabym się na pobyt kolejny raz.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa, na przeciwko hotelu plaża ale akurat byliśmy po Kona Low i zniszczenia nie pozwalały na wejście na nią.

Cons:

Pokój przy samej ulicy = bardzo głośno w dzień i w nocy. Nie widziałam tych części wspólnych w ogrodzie które widać na zdjęciu, nikt nas też nie poinformował o jakichkolwiek udogodnieniach. Do tego mrówki w pokoju :(

Cons:

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits ici pour plus de 1000 $ et notre expérience a été inacceptable. La chambre attribuée était dégoûtante: meubles cassés, trous dans les murs, grave infestation de cafards (une dizaine en moins de 24 heures) et le bois des encadrement de porte était complètement pourri. Quand on s'est plaint, la réceptionniste n’a pas même fait preuve d’un "désolée". Au lieu de cela, elle a essayé de minimiser le problème, prétendant que les insectes étaient simplement dus à "la saison" et que les dégâts étaient liés au fait que l'établissement était "vieux" et nous a suggéré brutalement de faire le check-out nous laissant nous débrouiller seules, sachant qu'un logement de dernière minute à Kihei est plus que compliqué à trouver.
Après avoir fortement insisté, une chambre au rez-de-chaussée parfaitement propre, sans aucun insecte ni bois pourri nous a été attribuée, prouvant que ses excuses étaient des mensonges. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu ZÉRO ménage pendant nos 4 nuits. Forcer les clients à des confrontations pour avoir une chambre décente tout en supprimant les services de base pour le prix fort, c'est honteux. À éviter.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel in Maui and overall had a very disappointing experience.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. It was obvious that no proper cleaning is done under the beds or under the benches, where dust and dirt had clearly accumulated for a long time.

The “garden view” description is also misleading. The room faced directly onto one of the main streets in Kihei, so instead of a peaceful garden setting, the view and atmosphere were dominated by traffic and noise. The room has mould smell.

I also found the staff to be not very accommodating or understanding. I asked whether a slightly later checkout between 11 AM and 12 PM would be possible as the shuttle to the hotel was arranged for 12.20pm. The staff explained they had incoming bookings, which I understand is part of the business, but there seemed to be no willingness to offer even a little flexibility by prioritizing other available rooms first.

Another downside is the lack of amenities for guests waiting before departure. There is no decent pool area or restaurant/bar space where you can comfortably relax while waiting for a flight or check-in.

Overall, this stay was far below expectations, and there are definitely better hotels further down the road at a very similar price point especially when you travel across the world to experience Hawaii.

The staff was extremely professional and apologetic when they couldn’t get our AC working. They rectified the situation
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, especially the bed and bathroom! The beach was right across from the hotel which was super convenient for a chance to watch the sunrise on the beach!

Cons:

Sadly the AC didn’t work when we were there and the staff tried their best to fix it but to no avail. Also there was a stale smell in the room which was bearable to me, but ultimately had to buy some perfume to spray around the room to get rid of the smell.

Pros:

Very good experience overall.
Staff were very friendly and the place was clean even though it needs some update.
The air condition was very noisy
Wish they had continental breakfast.
The room can use a table and couple of chairs. There was only one chair in the room.

Buona scelta per MAUI
Pros:

Struttura carina con la spiaggia di fronte, camera grande e carina.

Cons:

Piscina un po’ sporca. Non ha la pulizia giornaliera della stanza, che in una zona di mare sarebbe necessaria almeno per togliere la sabbia.
