Serious lack of communication regarding gluten free options in the restaurant. I ordered a gluten free burger with chips. They said they could do it. When the waiter bought it to my table, it was literally just a gluten-free burger and bun. There was no Chips. Apparently the chef had cooked some onion rings in the oil so couldn’t do it gluten-free. What would’ve been nice was for the waiter to come back and tell me that rather than delivering half a meal to me. He then offered me a bowl of mashed potato when I complained. I didn’t want mashed potato with burger. Had I known I would’ve ordered an alternative. Dessert menu was extremely limited for me too. Such a shame as everything else in the hotel was excellent.

Had a broken toilet roll holder, so the toilet roll kept falling off every time you used it
Personalen var fantastisk, speciellt Sunita och barpersonalen. Väldigt ljust och fräscht och härlig veranda utanför.
Läget är lite off, eftersom Guildford inte är en stad många stannar i.
Hotel staff was extremely helpful, especially Sunita at the reception.
