Our room was fantastic, a great size, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent.
We felt the only thing the room was lacking was a full length mirror.
Great location and good parking. The hotel was lovely and the staff superb. Had breakfast and would recommend also did eat in the evening again great food. Water provided in the rooms which was great and good air conditioning.
The en-suite shower room was very tight.

This is a nice hotel with a pleasant bar area and quite a few rooms. The rooms are airconditioned which is great, and the the room was clean and pleaseant. We were not disturbed in the night at all. We arrived late and it was good that there is a 24 hour reception that was able to check us in. The Molton Brown soaps in the bathroom is a nice touch.
The water pressure in the shower is extremely weak and so showering could have been more pleasant, at least in our room. The bathrrom could also benefit from being slightly bigger. There was a strange rumbling noise in the morning that sounded like a boiler coming from beneath us at around 6am. Fortunately were were already up at this time.
So the breakfast was amazing, it was super delicious and definitely recommend choosing the breakfast included! The room had ac which was very cool for the night and the bed was super comfy even with an extra sofa
So apart from all of this, the room I stayed in the door of the bathroom didn’t fully close, it was uneven which is shocking for the price I paid to stay for two nights! And then the shower room didn’t close either so I drenched the whole toilet because of this. Now I’m sure that they gave me that room because I was travelling alone but apart from those things everything else was fine. I was next of the kitchen so it was really loud when sleeping in or at night…

The hotel was close to Guildford town centre and the staff were friendly.
The toilet did not flush well. We also would have been happy to reuse our towels for the 2nd day but there was no option to say that when we left the room for the day.
